I thought the Canes played very well, allowing Calgary only 16 SOG and Kootchie stopped some grade A’s. I’d rather see a 2-1 game than a 5-4 game with a lot of Canes defensive giveaways. A lot of Canes shots were just barely missed. Slavin was awesome with a goal and an assist and his usual defensive stops, Aho was Aho (Mr. OT), and Blake was really good with 2 assists.
