Shitstain stopped 23 of 28 .821 against the devils Monday. You woulda been calling him 11 million dollar trash haha. I wouldn’t pay it.

Burns and Chatfield were both - 1 as were several of the forwards. Jarvis was -2 for comparison. I don’t put a lot of stock in +/- for a single game. To me both Burns and Staal are showing their age. Seems to me Staal loses a lot of battles for the puck on the boards these days. I still like them but time is showing.

I can’t remember the last time the canes were outshot 3-1 SOG. It’s the speed, lineups don’t cause the other team to outshoot you. Having said that the Canes have cranked it up a notch in the 3rd.

Man I hope the Canes we’re saving some energy for the 3rd, they look slow compared to the speedy Kraken. They can’t keep them out of the Canes zone.
