The friends of Frank (Eisen, especially) are really coming out loud as if we aren’t 1-10. We barely even won the one game we did. Sorry guys, Reich was doing a shitty job. Tepper is the owner but I know IDGAF how great Reich is as a person. He’s responsible for the team play and honestly we haven’t improved at all since the preseason play. That’s not a slow start that deserves more time.

Who cares. He didn’t catch 3 balls last year and he didn’t catch 4 balls this year. On half the receptions last year he had more yards than he’s had this year on twice the receptions. Basically, he’s getting shorter passes and his ypc went down 1.1 ypc this year. That’s a huge drop. Chuba’s best year was 2022.

Yep. We moved on from Rhule as the boogeyman to Tepper. It’s kind of amazing that people literally think he’s made every call. He’s certainly where the buck stops especially with the GM/coaching choices but dear lord they can’t even read. I’m not even saying Rhule or Tepper were any good. They aren’t but we needed to get rid of Reich and we need to get rid of Fitterer. The team couldn’t be any worse than it is right now.

Seems like stop 1 for Tepper after Reich was the other coaches not the media. IMHO, that’s exactly what he should have done. The media did not know before Reich and the coaches. Who are these other people in the building and how do you know that Reich who has lots of ties to media didn’t let people know as soon as he left Tepper’s office? Not sure Bryce is salvageable, but I agree. I also think Chark disagreeing with the call doesn’t help. Sure makes it seem like Reich was losing the locker room. Players don’t like to be the laughing stock of the league either. Our play disintegrated this year, especially the OL. Wilks gave the team something to believe in and unfortunately Fitt and Reich really botched things. No idea if Bryce will ever be good enough as I have huge doubts but Reich was certainly not even attempting to make him better and the rest of the team like the OL took big steps back from Wilks and I didn’t want Wilks this year because I know he’s not a SB winning coach (most retreads aren’t).

You don’t read much when a post doesn’t say what you interpret. Should Tepper have told people in the building before Frank? The first tweet had an interim coach and Caldwell’s new role in it. Do you think Tepper went to the media first about the firing or do you think Frank texted his media friends to say he was let go? Seems like he went right from Frank to the other coaches to me. All you can retort is that I’m defending Tepper and that’s not correct. I was saying you again were wrong in your backing of Fitterer and then Reich. I also said Tepper has done a terrible job at hiring. I and many others wanted Fitterer gone with Rhule. We were right and you were wrong. It happens man. I’m just not throwing Tepper under the bus when the media just wants to roast him instead of Reich who was terrible. Feel free to tell me how you would have handled the firing differently and how you know Tepper told the media first, which I know you won’t do because you can’t just say Tepper sucks.

I think we’ll have more candidates. There aren’t that many options out there. Before this year people were saying Brown and Evero will have HC jobs soon and there’s Ben Johnson. Do you think all 3 will have multiple picks of their choosing and that there are no more good coordinators available? I still have no faith in the hiring choice but we will have plenty, Tepper or not.

We’ll be able to find a coach and we’ll have options. Will we pick the right guy? Who knows. I will say that I actually think a new guy will have way more benefit of the doubt given how bad a team we actually are now.

Ryans is doing fine but it helps that his GM drafted Stroud, Anderson and Dell this draft. If Fitterer had been fired with Rhule, Frank might have lasted longer.

Lol, you were wrong about Reich. It happens. Why is this Tepper’s fault? Do you think he told sources or do you think Frank let people know he was fired. You had to blame Rhule for Fitterer and were wrong that Fitterer was good. Reich has been abysmal and you were wrong about that and so you have to blame Tepper for everything. What should Tepper have done? Hold Frank in a room for hours while telling everyone else or did you want him to let all the staff know first and make Frank the last to know? I know with the latter you would have said it was BS too. Frank should have been the first to know and he let other people know. Tepper obviously told Tabor and Caldwell (the coaches) know next since they were part of the announcement.

Slow start? C’mon, we went from 7-10 clear issues but sort of competitive to the worst team in the league. This isn’t a slow start, this was a march to 1-16. I’d imagine that we’ll have plenty of candidates and they’ll have a much longer leash because it’s obvious that our talent level has been gutted so we are absolutely in rebuild mode. Reich and Fitt promised we were on compete mode. First, I’m glad they didn’t make Evero interim because he deserves a real chance without a stigma attached to his results. Second, I’m a lot more interested now than I was a half hour ago because Reich was legit terrible. Last, I have no faith that we will pick the right guys with Tepper, especially if we don’t get rid of Fitterer first. We need a GM/scouts that actually know what they are doing. Look at the Rams and Texans. They were shitty teams devoid of talent, but they drafted much better than us just this past draft and are in a lot better place than us. Chicago has a bright future it seems with picks because they fleeced the poo out of us.

Hiring Fitterer was worse than Rhule. Think about how many picks we traded (1 1sts, 3 2nds, 1 3rd, 2 4ths and a few more) to get Young, Darnold, Henderson, Mayfield, Corral and Johnson. Not to mention using a 1st and 2 3rds on Young, Corral and Johnson while giving up our best offensive players CMC and Moore as part of this mess. Terrible picks, not getting a huge bounty for Burns and you realize what a fantastic team we could have right now if we didn’t have the worst GM in the world. Imagine still having CMC and Moore, picking the proper first rounders including a QB and also picking guys like Humphrey, Tre Smith and Dell/Downs over Mingo, TMJ and a long snapper. It’s not even cherry picking, it’s just the huddle’s draft wants. Instead we have the worst team in the NFL without the top pick in 2024 and nothing to look forward to until maybe 2025.

Just fire Reich. I don’t give a poo if people think he was handcuffed by Tepper. My son and I were saying before the last play that it would be a screen and the Titans knew as well. It’s amazing that we flat out are a much worse team than we were with Rhule and Wilks. Who would have thought our worst offense without Cam would be the number 1 overall pick not Allen, Baker, Sam, PJ or Teddy.

Iky is legit terrible. Mays go blown up but at least Mays still was in front of Simmons so Young could step around but Iky yet again with a complete whiff. Speed rusher and Iky = easy sack.

Way back in week 1, I got worried because it looked like one interception was 100% due to him not being able to see over the C/G/DTs. JFC, rusher there and even a screen pass is inaccurate. I wish this wasn’t the case but If rather have Levis based on what we’ve seen so far.

The announcers explained that Reich says he knows the middle is the Titans strength so we just keep hammering the middle for 2-3 yards on 1st and 2nd. SMH.

I don’t want to join in this craziness but Mr. Scot was a poster who said that Fitterer got more control of the 2022 off season because Rhule was on the hot seat and forced to hire NFL experienced coordinators. He’s had plenty of control. He made the CMC trade for effectively a mid 2nd. He said no to pick 15 from GB for Moore but then threw him in for Young. He made the Young trade and he refused a team changing bounty for Burns and still hasn’t signed him. He signed Sanders to a huge deal when the entire RB market was collapsing. He’s traded and wasted more draft picks than we can comprehend and he still can’t pick good players.

Yep. People point to splits, etc. but all of that CYA came well after we started the season looking like poo. Heck, it was the next wave of CYA after we looked like crap in the preseason and the story was vanilla/preseason doesn’t matter. Frank has a lot of friends after all these years. I’m sure Tepper had a hand as did Fitterer and Reich. It’s funny to me that after a coach like Rhule, people think Tepper and Fitt hired an all star staff just to make them yes men. It’s the same CYA that left Fitterer in place after Rhule left. It was all Rhule’s fault and now Fitt has proven his sucking wasn’t just Rhule.

I wish people would stop acting like Reich wasn’t part of Young as well. All we heard before the draft was how everyone was in line and that Richardson was our second choice. Just like we said good things about Pickett, Willis and Corral the year before, we looked at all 3 so anyone can find pictures or quotes where we said good stuff about all 3 top QBs. It sure seems like the Reich entourage and friends in the media are trying to paint the picture that Reich was handcuffed and all that started well after the draft once we started losing badly and looking like poo.
