I’m reading that Tepper wants Bill B. Bad and if hired he will be both coach and GM. Morgan will be his bitch boy.

Probably from Juan.

From Athletic joe person on Fitterer and GM candidates
Lame Duck replied to raleigh-panther's topic in Carolina Panthers
Yep, Bill is interested in the job so sounds like he’s top 3 choice. They said Johnson makes the most sense as Johnson and Evero have the same agents and are perfect match. Tepper likes to swing big, so don’t rule out Bill Belichick if he and New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft cut ties. I’m told Belichick has asked others about Tepper and the Panthers’ situation. But like Johnson, Belichick figures to have other opportunities. -

That’s incorrect. Analytics said Bryce has the biggest chance to go bust in the NFL. Tepper has used almost no analytics when making a football decision. He’s been going with his gut and that’s why we are where we are. -
Someone should troll Tepper and gift this to him.

Brisket is BBQ. I just googled it after your post and every website says pulled pork and brisket are the original bbq.

I’ll add a bit more. I met the owner back in 2013 when Saucemans was just starting and he explained to me he used a lot of Asians spices infused with regular BBQ seasonings and it gave unique flavors that just out of this world so I begun experimenting and got into BBQing. I do mystery meats at my place for fun for anyone who dares and I’d smoke ostrich, deer, buffalo, snake, bear, gator, etc. and let folks guess. Gator got to be the hardest meat not to screw up. It should be deep fried really but there’s a way to make decent burnt ends out of it if you do it right.

I got to give big thanks for my inspiration in BBQ to this guy. http://www.saucemans.com/

Wish we still have huddle tailgates. Would be the perfect place.

Tepper being “incredibly accountable” behind the scenes

I have a ton. For this Christmas I’m making fillet mignons marinated in spices and fresh herb paste then smoked on low heat to 105* and seared to desired temp with garlic butter, salt, black garlic, pepper mix. Also making lamb steaks with tarragon baste, smoked reck of lamb with tarragon aioli and orange zest, smoked turkey legs for the kids, smashed burger with two patties and home made pimento cheese inside, with smoke chile bbq sauce, and Poblano pickle relish (all home made). For sides I make garlic butter mushrooms, mash potatoes with green chile queso sauce, coconut rice, and eleven-layer potato gratin with caramelized shallots and fried sage. For dessert I’m making home made cannolis, key lime pie, and fruit tart.

No, I’m not because I look at cooking as art and I’m active. I read sooo many books and I have experimented with nearly ever spice on earth. I was able to figure out how to perfectly make BBQ with unique flavors. I use infusion of some Asian spices and my technique is much different from ordinary BBQing. I have been begged to join multiple competitions to team up with the big boys that have done it all their lives but BBQ is my side gig.

I make the best BBQ in NC.

His eyes are open. You should see me smile and I see everything.

Anything Tepper touches turns into trash. I bet Tepper’s spirit animal is a raccoon.

He had large cans of beer in both hands while real feel temp outside was around 38* and raining. He kept running up and down and screaming the whole time.

It was dark blue. Close enough I guess.

Not every day you can find yourself across the entire stadium. The last pick is the one I took.

Where does ESPN get their attendance information?

Also, I spoke to the guy at concession stand yesterday and they could not sell anything. Their biggest sold items were hot chocolate. It was first time in nearly 20 years I did not purchased any alcohol at the stadium. Here’s me sitting down for 4 minutes. About 2 cups of rain water in my poncho.
