  1. I like Fitt and no matter who he brought in or traded for they were destined to look like busts under this coaching staff. The coaches job is to COACH and put players in a position to be impactful. No team in the NFL has a top 5 or even 10 guy at every position. At the end of the day the coaches job is to coach the players. We have the worst coaching staff in the NFL. Our players (even the good ones) have regressed because of it. Not because of the GM because of the coaches coaching them. Let's use our brains.. With that being said we need a COMPLETE over haul of the entire organization. We saw what happened last time we did a half ass rebuild. Tear it all down trade away some vets for picks and let our new coach have all the ammo he needs to build a competent team and staff
  2. Nah I'd much rather go with what that guy is saying. Continue to trot Darnold/Baker out there to hopefully win some meaningless games so we can resign one, if not both of them to contracts next year since they were able to "right the ship" for next season!!! Or we let them both walk draft another defensive player with our top 10 pick and move on to our 5th retread QB in as many years. Sounds like a sound strategy and I'm PUMPED for it!!!! Woohoo Go PANTHERS!!!!!!!
  3. I said the same thing last week and got for it. Not sure how anyone could possibly disagree that we lost that trade. He isn't worth what we traded for him and to think he was a 1st round pick is incredible. What a miss. Blow it up.
  4. While we're at it who else wishes this trash can retired before these bozos gave up draft picks for him? One of the worst trades this team has ever made
  5. Amazing how you guys can hate on a guy who plays maybe 5 snaps a game out of the literal garbage that plays a ton and shouldn't be on an NFL field. CJ Henderson is a far worse player than Chubba is and wasn't worth trading a moldy ham sandwich for
  6. Yea he came close a couple times. Injuries robbed him of a more productive career. That and a stable offensive line and tbh I don't know if Buffalo has had a 1k rusher in Josh Allen's time either just comes with the territory of having a mobile QB especially down near the goal line
  7. Okay but has Robby Anderson ever play for a team that has had a winning record in the NFL? He should be used to it by now
  8. If we could some how get that #1 overall pick with a shot at the best QB prospect and a new HC it could make for a very quick turn around. However, I have 0 faith and I mean Z E R O faith we will ever be a winning franchise with Tepper as the owner He was so sold on Matt Rhule as the next coach he didn't even consider anyone else. Think about that for a second
  9. Yep you were one of the few that always came to my defense whenever I questioned the moves this team was making (even got banned from the main forum for awhile) I'll never forget those days lol
  10. No one truly knows how a coach is going to pan out in the NFL especially as a HC. (I was against the hire) but the "I told you so" comes from all the blind homerism that followed and supported his decisions that were being made. Made me sick to my stomach to even come to this board during that first year. So many bad decisions made and all of the arm chair GMs here supported it. I will never forget it. It definitely sucks to be in year 3 of another lost year but I can't help but feel that this fan base deserves to see the Rhule era through. This is what 95% of this board wanted and supported. Hopefully it ends after 3 and we don't see a year 4 but if we do yall did ask for it. Can't cry over spilled milk. It is what it is unfortunately
  11. He played better than the guy who had an entire offseason + preseason with the team and that guy is still currently on the roster
  12. Hopefully the guys in charge of making that decision are fired before they actually get to make it
  13. I wouldnt say this fan base deserves anything, really. The same fan base that cheered when this man was hired. The same fan base that applauded the move to cut Newton and replace him with a revolving door of JAG Qbs. Tons of people loved the Bridgewater signing. The people who didn't have their Tepper/Rhule Rose colored glasses on at the time remember what this board was like if you even dared to speak up against the moves Tepper and Rhule were making. I remember what it was like. And I believe in reaping what you sow. Enjoy it. This is what 95% of this board was supporting not even 2 full seasons ago.
  14. 1st clip he was being held lol but yes our entire defense looks slow and soft. Not entirely surprised
  15. You dont have to give up if you never cared in the 1st place. Jokes aside this team will never go anywhere no matter how much talent or top 10 draft picks that it has because Matt Rhule is the HC. He is not the leader this team needs
  16. Definitely needs to be more option routes out of the back field for CMC going forward. Don't think he was ever used in the slot either. Bring forman in let CMC go to the slot and if you wanna pound it up the gut you have that option
  17. I never wanted Rhule and hated the hire as soon as it was made. Sucks to be right about that sort of thing but it is what it is
  18. Horn played better than Jackson, Henderson, and Woods. Our DLine is a pretty weak unit up front. Solid pass rushing unit but they are pretty bad at everything else. LB unit was also a liability today
  19. Add Cam Newton and you have one of the best running teams in the entire NFL.
  20. Cam hasn't been afforded an opportunity to show case his passing skills for some time now. You can't expect him to put up all pro numbers throwing to Damiere Byrd and N'keal Harry in NE in a covid year. He came into this dumpster fire with the leagues worst offensive line and coordinator in the NFL last year half way through the season. These are the seasons people are judging Cam's current ability on. Think about it. It isn't rocket science to see he hasn't been in a legit environment to succeed as a QB.
  21. For me, unfortunately it was Jimmy Pickles. I live in NW Indiana, about 35 minutes from Notre Dame and I remember sitting in my friends living room at the time asking him what the chances were Clausen fell to the Panthers (because we didn't have a 1st round pick) he said the chances were virtually nonexistent because he was pegged as a top 10 pick. Wouldn't ya know it he fell to us and the rest is history. Careful for what you wish for folks. I learned a very valuable lesson that day that I still carry with me to this day. I was also excited for Cam because I figured there was no way we'd take a QB #1 overall after just taking one with our highest pick the year prior. But Jimmy was really THAT bad and again, the rest is history.
  22. Death comes for us all and there is no telling when. R.I.P. Dwayne Haskins.
  23. Anymore? Don't think he ever cared to begin with
