  1. Man Levis is throwing it well as I'm watching these drills. Hasn't had one incomplete or bad in terms of ball placement. I know everyone takes it with a grain of salt, but still, good throws.
  2. From what I understood from the way he talked about the QBs. This is the way I heard it. 1. AR 2. Young 3. Stroud 4. Hooker 5. Levis. Just from what I've seen, heard, and noticed from the interviews so far.
  3. Is also taking a lot about Bryce Young's brain. "Really smart. Really good person."
  4. Fitterer on the Kyle Bailey show "I don't know if we can [get our quarterback at nine]" Fitterer on AR "Much farther along than we knew, why you'd bring in a guy like Reich" on Bryce young "A little bit bigger than I thought he would be."
  5. We also met with Hooker at the Senior bowl. Interesting.
  6. @TJKJ23xx try PMing me I can't PM you for some reason. I'm only allowed to send 0 messages a day.
  7. I seriously think this team and coaching staff is geared up to take a guy like Richardson. Most of his issues are coachable, and other than his last name, I don't see why Tepper wouldn't like him. https://theathletic.com/4205676/2023/02/16/nfl-draft-2023-anthony-richardson-film/ This article from the athletic really helped sell me on Richardson, and with our staff, from Reich to Caldwell to going up against defenses made by Evero and Capers, Richardson is our guy @ nine. Watch it happen, and if it does, we'll be set up to be perennial contenders in the NFC for a looooooong time.
  8. Can anyone explain how the television report on Frank Reich was the reason they reexamined Frank Reich? Like... why is a television report influencing the committee?
  9. I'm going to pleasure myself to this tonight.
  10. I wonder what the contract details will be.
  11. Am I the only one both really happy for Reich but also really depressed for Wilks? Being in his shoes I'd feel terrible right now.
  12. Now that we know we hired Reich, I'm obviously excited, but a better word would be cautiously optimistic.
  13. The choices are a lot harder. I wouldn't envy being Tep, Morgan, and Fitt in this situation. Do you bring back the man who instilled Keep Pounding into the franchise or do you bring into the fold not only the first QB in Panthers history, a man who was teammates with Sam Mills, and is an offensive head coach, something this franchise has literally never done. Both would be great stories if they went on to do great things. That's why I would look toward the future. I have a friend who works for Frank's brother, Joe Reich, at Wingate. He told me a few key things that apply to both the Reich guys. Quotes: "Very Chill" "Regarding the playbook, the playbook is tough to understand. The Reich's are pretty demanding when it comes to knowing the plays" "Most rookie QBs aren't gonna understand his system I'll tell you that is one of the reasons that they don't like to rely on young QBs. They're old school. Hardcore West coast Power Run guys. (Eardhart Perkins)" "For his system to be run effectively, he would need a Pocket Passer Veteran QB" (Derek Carr? anyone?) "Reich doesn't really care for athletic QBs" (Scratch off Richardson coming here if Reich comes here) "As a football head coach, they're not John Fox old school but they are by today's standards old school" Another thing about Frank Reich I took note of, per this article in the athletic (that is already in another post), it talks about him being a softcore leader (Doesn't really like to call out his players. TLDR: The coach you want depends on the QB you want. If you want Reich, you'll probably get Will Levis (if he does opt for a rookie), Derek Carr, or Jacoby Brisset. If you want Wilks, you'll probably get C.J Stroud (great improviser who can throw it 40 times, Softcore leader but Wilks can lead like a mofo anyway), or you'd get an Anthony Richardson (based on the fact he wanted Josh Allen in the draft but got stuck with Pretty Squidward as his QB). (The writer of this wants Wilks out of the two.)
  14. How would they even coexist? It seems like Reich has more of a passing offense while Wilks has more of a ground and pound offense.
  15. In particular, the second and third paragraphs scare me.
  16. This is what concerns me about Frank Reich, if there is a concern.
