  1. We're obviously signing guys and drafting people. People need to calm down about the Receiver position.
  2. OH MY GOD. STROUD IS CAROLINA BOUND. STROUD IS CAROLINA BOUND.
  3. https://theathletic.com/4281118/2023/03/07/nfl-mock-draft-cj-stroud-dane-brugler-combine/ Dane Brugler's Mock has us trading up to 4 with chicago. The thing that interested me here is "The interview portion was more of a mixed bag" which is contrary to what other reports said, that he was sensational in board work on Friday. 4. Carolina Panthers (from Chicago): Anthony Richardson, QB, Florida* Projected trade: Nos. 9, 61 and a 2024 first-round pick to Chicago for No. 4 As expected, Richardson created a buzz with his on-field combine work. The interview portion was more of a mixed bag, but his natural talent will be too enticing. The word from other teams is that Panthers owner David Tepper is on a mission to invest in a young, exciting quarterback who gives the franchise a long-term direction. A Carolina quarterback room of Jacoby Brissett and Anthony Richardson is a plausible scenario for 2023. (Indy traded up to 1 to take Bryce)
  4. Well I think Richardson has the size and arm to unlike Willis, and he played in the SEC, so he's a first rounder. He could fall though if CAR doesn't pick him at 9
  5. I really wouldn't just the Air Raid offense. Good kid but also 26 is just a huge turn off for me. (in quarterbacks, not women.)
  6. This is what I was thinking too. The combine would only confirm the athleticism on tape. It's not like it magically fixed his CP to like 69%. Panthers brass could still logically land Richardson. We saw it last year, teams will pass on a QB because GMs see it as a death sentence. You only draft a QB if your ass is on the line, or you just started the job so you can have some breathing room. If 19 teams passed on a Kenny Pickett, and everyone passed on Malik Willis and Ridder and Corral when they were all projected 1-high second rounders at one point. We've already learned before that desperate NFL teams won't overpay on a QB just because everyone else wants them too. It's their ass on the line, not the public's.
  7. My sense is the Panthers — like a lot of other teams — like Richardson’s raw talent, but not enough to draft him high. But if Richardson’s record-setting performance Saturday changed the way other teams view the 6-4, 244-pound athlete, it could bump one of the other guys down a spot. This is the most interesting nugget imo
  8. 1. Stroud 2. Richardson 2b. Young 4. Levis
  9. Wonder what they're talking about, and who's next to Fitterer?
  10. from your own 10 to the opponent's thirty.
  11. Honestly, this is a lot, but we have to remember Scott Fitt loves to trade back. He could easily take some of these hauls and still turn them into draft classes with six to seven players.
  12. Panthers: 2023 1st, 2023 2nd, 2024 1st, 2025 1st Bears: 2023 1st.
  13. Daniel Jeremiah: mock trade with the panthers on air. Panthers: 2023 1st, 2023 2nd, 2024 2st, 2025 first. Bears: 2023 1st.
  14. More like Levis is just that much better. IF anything it boosts him a little throwing this well against guys who aren't throwing it as well as he is.
  15. 40.5 vertical for AR at the combine. unreal.
  16. But damn Levis is looking great with his footwork and his throws at the combine. Good for him.
  17. If Levis goes to the raiders good luck lmao. That's like Darnold to Adam Gase.
