  1. Just showered, got my jersey on, Im ready. Hurricanes better be ready too.
  2. Hope everyone plays like they should. It would be nice for a change in the playoffs.
  3. I had been searching because someone else asked me about it after my 2nd post and I was planning on correcting myself. I think I found the podcast from that day. It wasnt Sheena, but someone else. There arent many beat writers for my team and the very few I do hear are on radio through the big market of espn radio. Also not many females that I know of who cover my team. Adam doesnt like the panthers, he says hes only covering it because hes here and that day was a full 3 hours non stop of how bad of a decision Tepper made, how Wilkes earned it (even though he blew the biggest chance ever to win and be in the playoffs), and just a whole Tepper bash fest. If this is really you, again apologies.
  4. If you are who you say, you dont have to worry about your credibility here on a fan message board. Welcome and apologies.
  5. I highly doubt you are her, but even so I did state i might be confusing with another female writer.
  6. Yeah, I listen almost every weekday cause theres nothing else on the radio in the work van. She mightve changed after all the hirings, but right after it was known Wilkes wasnt going to be hired, she did. Unless there is another female panthers beat writer Im getting her confused with. It wasnt Brownlow.
  7. She appears on the Adam Gold show sometimes. She accused David Tepper of being racist after not hiring Steve Wilkes and also was part of the collusion crowd for us not wanting Lamar Jackson. All of our beat writers are pretty poo.
  8. I think the better thing would be to stay at 39 and then move back in using Chinn or Brown as trade bait. We need someone opposite of Burns and then would like to get bpa of OL/TE/WR.
  9. It would be smart to only carry 2 QBs on the roster. You already have your franchise QB. You just need a backup and thats it. If you get down to your 3rd, your season is fuged anyway. The reason the 9ers needed more is cause they never had their franchise QB. Corral should go to the practice squad this year. If he gets taken, oh well.
  10. IMO, I would draft OLB with our 2nd pick and use Chinn as trade bait to move back up in the draft and get another o-lineman or vis versa.
  11. If you cant picture your 3-4 OLB as a DE in a 4-3, then he isnt a 3-4 OLB. Luvu will be on the inside. Thats really the only absolute need because we need a starter opposite of burns.
  12. This would be a good idea. Our depth is abysmal and we have 2 starting guards coming back from injuries.
  13. LT: Ikem Ekwonu LG: Brady Christensen - Cade Mays C : Bradley Bozeman - Sam Tecklenburg RG: Austin Corbett - Deonte Brown RT: Taylor Moton - Justin McCray We could definitely use depth at all positions on the line. I think only Mays, maybe McCray are the only reliable depth we have.
  14. Going from potentially winning the Cup to first round exit, I hope Tom Dundon is embarrassed and has a conference with Waddell that ends up in him retiring or getting fired.
  15. We have some big contracts coming up. Our long term is in question until those get resolved. We probably have 1 or 2 more seasons for our window. We needed help even before the injuries. Every year in the playoffs our goal scorers go silent. Regular season means nothing when we havent seen them perform like they should come playoff time. Svech hadnt been scoring before his injury this year. This team is screwed with Waddell as the GM. He extremely overvalues who is currently on the roster. Its not enough.
  16. I said before I lost a lot of interest after we did nothing at the trade deadline and everything since then has only proven me right. We are heading towards a first round exit. Heads should roll this offseason.
  17. Exactly. Rolling with what we have atm, this is what we look like: LOLB: Yetur Gross- Matos - Amare Barno LILB: Shaq Thompson - Brandon Smith RILB: Frankie Luvu - Kamu Grugier-Hill - Arron Mosby ROLB: Brian Burns - Marquis Haynes Theres also the possibility of Henry Anderson lining up at OLB. Chinn is backing up at safety and only brought in on special packages. Typical 3-4 ILBs are usually around 230-250lbs, sometimes close to 260, and the OLBs are around the same size as 4-3 DEs. Chinn is neither.
  18. Chinn is not a base 3-4 LB
