The ACC is a joke. They will let 1 team in the playoffs just because it's the ACC. I wouldn't let anyone in the playoffs from the ACC if it was my decision. We need to be punished for all these bad teams in the conference.

It must be the messenger because they poo'd the hell outta me. People don't understand positional value. We just drafted a RB in the 2nd round which was very questionable. Why on earth after you get off the the Sanders contract would you go back and pay Chubba after you used a 2nd to draft another RB. It just makes no sense! We investing in the RB position for 3 straight years. Just dumb to keep doing the same thing continuously. RB is the least valued position on offense. Their success depends on the Oline play. Speaking from experience I played RB. I wasn't elite obviously but I played at a competitive level in highschool. A RB is nothing without his Oline. Don't pay those guys big money.

So why draft a RB with a valuable 2nd rd pick? We keep investing in RBs year after year. The wins are not coming. I get your point of view I just don't agree with the timing of this signing. Yeah we actually have a decent offense. I think it's clear we need a QB and we need to fix the defense. I wouldn't be mad at a all defensive draft tbh. Sign Fields to a reasonable short term contract. Go from there.
