We don't have to offer him the fully guaranteed contract. Why do you guys keep saying this. That's what his agent is saying to keep the price high. Doesn't mean he's not going to take a deal with lesser guaranteed money. Offer him 190 mil guaranteed. That's much more than what the Ravens offered him 133 mil guaranteed. We trade for Lamar we are the favorites to win the NFC. Dude was in the AFC against those elite QB's and still won 75% of his games and did it with no weapons around him besides a TE. You're crazy if you don't think Lamar would be the best QB in the NFC. He's proven. Whatever teams gets him just became a contender overnight.

Because they are franchise QB's! My goodness you have to pay big money to get an elite QB. Rodgers makes 60mil this year. Great QB's are paid high. My question is why do you guys like holding onto draft picks and going after bridge QB's? Either you trade up for your franchise QB in the draft or you trade for an actual franchise QB's. These mid tier QB's get you nowhere. Saints aren't going anywhere with Carr as QB.

Carr has been in the league for 9 years and has 1 playoff appearance. Lamar wins 75% of his games as a starter and he does it with even less weapons than Carr has. If Lamar had the best WR in football and a top 5 TE he has a SB by now. Rodgers is one of the greatest QB's to ever play this game. He's still a top 10 QB even at his age. It's a shame we even putting these QB's in the same conversation.

What have the Ravens put around for him to want to stay on a lesser deal? 133 mil guaranteed was the reported number they offered him. Just to give you a few QB's who make more than that offer Wilson 165mil guaranteed, Kyler Murray 189 mil guaranteed.

I get what you're saying but bro look at that offense around him. What QB is taking that offense to a SB? It goes both ways. We expect Lamar to take a weak supporting cast to a SB. Meanwhile other QB's with a lot more can't even take a team to the playoffs. My question to you is what have the Ravens put around him for him to take a major paycut? If you trying to save money at least use the money to get him weapons. They haven't done that.

Are we sure Tepper isn't lurking on this Lamar situation behind the scenes? I have a hard time believing he went all out for a guy with questionable behavior off the field Watson, but he's not going to entertain Lamar who doesn't have off field issues. There are no consistently smart teams. Patriots were that team until Brady left them. Chiefs smart? Not really they just have the best QB in the NFL. Rams won a SB last year. They were one of the worst teams in the league this past year. Who exactly are the smart teams you're talking about?
