Offer him the Kyler Murray deal if the Ravens don't match we just got a franchise QB for a steal. Daniel Jones is making 40+ mil a year. Some team who gets left without a QB in the draft will likely offer him a deal which will likely not be the Watson contract offer. This is why im not ruling us out down the line. If Atlanta gets their QB that will put pressure on us to either trade up or go after Lamar after the draft.

I called collusion as soon as all the teams started dropping those tweets about not being interested. Then you see the players tweeting about it. This is the owners saying "The Watson contract is not the new standard". Add in Lamar is represented by his mom. No way the owners are going to easily pay Lamar that contract. He will likely be a Raven unless some team doesn't get a QB in the draft which likely might be us especially if we don't trade up for a QB.

Look at the tweets teams are all making it known that they aren't interested. This is the owners coming together saying we are not making the Watson contract the new standard.

This could also be the owners coming together so they don't have a new beast on their hand because if another team gives him the Watson contract it will be the new norm for the QB's coming up like Burrow/Allen. Which also explains that rumor that Snyder might screw the owners on his way out by offering Lamar the Watson deal. It's odd nobody is even interested now...
