Wilks was a alpha Tepper wasn't going to allow that to happen. Players respected Wilks. Tepper wants control which is why he hired happy go lucky Frank.

Would a team trade for him in the offseason? I have seen enough he just doesn't have the arm strength to be elite. At his best he's not a franchise guy more of a middle of the pack QB at his best. Tepper simply picked the wrong QB.

Frank and Tepper. But we have a bigger problem Bryce Young doesn't have franchise QB ability. I was his biggest defender but this guy looks out of place on the NFL level. He looks nothing like he did at Alabama. He struggles to read coverages and has very little arm strength. This is bad.

Imagine trading up to #1 and taking the wrong QB. These kind of moves sets the franchise back even further. Just look at the crowd fans don't even show up to the games anymore. This franchise is becoming the worst in the NFL. Tepper got to fire Frank and Fitt tomorrow. This is just bad.

It's Saturday and all you can focus on is a 3-5 HC in his 1st season. Where is this same energy for Frank the tank and his 1-6 record? Dabo is going off on the media and he is considered one of the better coaches in football and he only has 1 more win than Deion. This is when you start looking crazy with your Deion hate. So much more we could be focusing on instead of a HC who has overachieved in his 1st season at Colorado.
