I warned people all off-season about our lack of talent at WR. People kept talking about TMJ potential. The guy has shown nothing his entire career. Mingo is a unproven rookie. The fact that Thielen is our best WR shows you just how bad we are at that position. I don't think Bryce is a superstar talent, but we have to get the guy something to work with on offense. I like that Fitt tried to get Higgins and Adams at the trade deadline. At least they recognize we need a #1 WR. Also I'm thinking Tee Higgins will be out #1 priority in FA this off-season.

Im fine with that as long as we get value back in a trade. We can't ignore his talent. Dude is a fringe all-star caliber talent. We just can't get rid of him for pennies on the dollar. Im willing to bet a lot of teams would trade a 1st round pick for him and possibly a rotation player.

Thoughts on Paul George? Basically a better version of Hayward but can also still be a mentor to the young guys and he's already like a mentor for Brandon Miller.

I wanted him in the off-season. We have a run n gun type roster.

I think when we get a good HC we will take that next jump as a team. Would love if we can get a vet piece in the off-season to mentor the young guys. A guy like Paul George would make sense imo.

I know this season we haven't been winning a lot, but that's more about coaching if you ask me. What has caught my eye is our young building blocks Miller and Williams. Those guys look like they can be future All-stars sooner than later. Then you have Melo who has been looking like his normal self again these past 3 games. I truly feel the Hornets have something to finally build around for the future. Our core 3 Melo/Miller/Williams fit and they know how to play team basketball. If we can put some smart and team first players around this core I think we could be contending a few years down the line. Maybe this is wishful thinking but I really like our young core. If we hit on our next HC we could take a huge jump. How do you feel about our core group moving forward?

Don't mention Wilks he lowkey our most hated HC for whatever reason. I seen some posters saying Frank deserves more time, yet said Wilks was bad and not a good HC. Even the players vouched for Wilks. He had this team playing competitive football again and Tepper said no thanks give me the HC who got fired mid season from a losing franchise. Classic Tepper! Only on the Huddle will you hear this nonsense.

My man HCs where turning us down this past off-season. Firing Frank does nothing. We suck as a franchise that will turn HCs off. Tepper needs to offer Jim Harbaugh full control. It's the only correct hire. He keeps hiring yes men and this is why we will continue to suck. Wilks was not a yes man and Tepper let him go despite the players vouching for him.

This guy is useless. Not a leader of men players don't play hard for him. Tepper sure does know how to pick em!

Bryce Young was the pick the moment we made the trade. He didn't even throw at the combine. Bryce knew he didn't have the arm talent as those other QBs. It's sad we didn't do much homework on the other QBs. Frank said Bryce was the guy all along.

Tepper showed interest before we hired Frank. At least we know it's a realistic possibility. I just want a true alpha who is about winning. Tepper keeps hiring yes men for HC. It's why he didn't bring Wilks back the players vouched for him and Tepper couldn't stand it.

Bryce even if he works out is nothing more than a middle of the pack QB. He lacks arm strength and it shows. Love the kid but I don't think this will be a long-term relationship. We drafted him to be a franchise QB. Those guys usually show you signs in the 1st year even if they lose games. Bryce doesn't pass the eye test unfortunately.

If im Tepper I'm on the phone with Jim Harbaugh and I'm offering him the HC position and give him full power. He is a proven winner on both the collegiate and pro level. He's the only hope we have right now if turning this franchise around. Evero is not the answer either he will just be another yes man like Frank. We need a powerful figure someone who will tell Tepper STFU and let me run this franchise.

The problem is we have a lot of holes to fill on this roster. A WR is only a small percentage of our problems.
