Basically this. Not saying he can't throw downfield I just haven't seen it consistently. It's easy to throw a screen and your receiver picks up 30 after a broken tackle. Let's see that arm and accuracy on a 40 yard bomb.

I have no idea how Beck is the projected #1 pick in the draft. A 5th senior on a loaded roster. He's basically getting the ball out quick to his receivers and they are getting him yards after the catch. No downfield throws so far.

Okay I'm watching the QB's this weekend. Who besides Ewers/Sanders should I be watching? There is a legit possibility we could move on from Bryce if he doesn't improve.

I mean age really doesn't matter this team clearly lacks talent. We have to rebuild through the draft and hopefully we start hitting on those players in the draft. FA's will come only if we overpay. Right now I'm focused on Bryce Young and his improvement. If he can improve from his rookie season then that opens up other possibilities in the draft. If we can add a guy like Travis Hunter that would be a tremendous help for the offense or defense. It all depends on Bryce though.

I'm looking for 2 things this season. 1. The development of Bryce Young. Our future relies in his hands. If he doesn't improve we have to move on point blank. 2. The no name players making a name for themselves. Right now Brown is the only household name on the roster. Who will step up and make a name for themselves?

It's early to be talking draft, but right now if we had the #1 pick I would probably take Travis Hunter #1 even over the QB's. He's just a flat out playmaker. If Bryce is terrible again we can just find a stop gap for the time being. Hell go trade for Sam Howell if we have to.

Prime can think what he wants. That team is not talented. If they were it would show on the field. Nobody knows anyone besides Sanders and Hunter. It's literally a 2 man show. That Oline still sucks. The defense still sucks.

So I guess the media is just lying to all of us. It's literally the same team from last season. 2 outstanding players surrounded with trash. If they had more than 2 players they wouldn't be so bad. That defense is flat out atrocious. Yet you're trying to convince me they have more than 2 great players. If so who are those other great players? I'll wait...
