If we adding Burns in any trade it better be for the proven commodity aka Lamar Jackson. DE is the most important position on defense. We are not trading Burns guys stop it.

Im not really concerned about who we hire at coach. None of that will matter if we don't get a QB. Our main focus should be making a trade for a franchise QB either through the draft or making a run at Lamar Jackson or Aaron Rodgers. This team isn't going anywhere without a franchise QB.

This is why we have a joke of a fanbase. People actively rooting for the team to fail because they hate the coach we hired. I didn't like the Rhule hire but I didn't want to see him fail. Man times have changed.lol

Bill Belichick was considered the GOAT coach and the dude has been a middle of the pack coach ever since Tom Brady left. You take away these elite coaches QB's they won't be viewed the same. Nobody was calling Andy Reid elite until he got Pat Mahommes.lol Reid had McNabb for a decade and they could never get over the top. This is a QB's league not a coach. The elite coaches just so happen to have elite QB's. Take that QB away from them and they all fall back to the pack just like the GOAT Bill Belichick.

Give any coach in the league Sam Darnold and that's what you will get. The Wilks slander has to stop! No coach alive is making us a contender with Sam Darnold as our QB and DJ Moore the only threat on offense. Just stop with the nonsense. Give Wilks a better QB and we make the playoffs point blank.

Andy Reid with the same roster last year is not doing much better than .500 No matter what coach we hire we won't see real success until we get a franchise QB.

Coaches don't make players play better. Coaches call plays. Dak controls his success not Kellen Moore. This is not a controlled robot.

One of the best post I have seen all day. This man sees the bigger picture. Wilks is not perfect, but im not going to be mad if we hire him either. He did a damn good job given what he had to work with on offense.

I take it you don't have old family members who get turned down in the workforce because of their age. They do this all the time in warehouse jobs like Walmart/Amazon/etc... They choose the younger worker over the older worker every time. They look for longevity in those companies. I know this because my aunt is a supervisor at a WalMart warehouse. They most definitely look at age in warehouse jobs.

That doesn't apply to the NFL. Situation also matters. Before the season the Eagles were ranked as one of the best rosters in football top to bottom. Hurts has 2 #1 WR's and the best Oline in football. Steichen basically did what he was supposed to do with that roster. Can he lead a team? Will he demand respect from players? We don't know how that interview went so it's all speculation at this point.
