I understand you want the best QB available. My point is Carr is not a franchise QB. Signing him basically puts us in the same position as last year. Mediocre QB who gets us the 10-15 pick of the draft once again not in position to get a QB. We need to get one of the top 4 QB's in this draft and develop them or go after a true franchise QB Lamar Jackson. Carr is 32 and we likely seen the best of him. Great guy but he is not a franchise QB his resume proves that.

Lamar hasn't even been in the league 5 years. Burrow/Allen/Herbert all have 0 SB's. But they all have shown they can be MVP candidates and lead a team to the playoffs consistently. The face of the NBA gets no call despite getting fouled at the end of the game to win it. Some calls you just don't make! This is for every sport no matter how big the star is. You don't end games because of a Zebra making a call.

Some calls you don't make. Every sport has this secret rule. Refs made the call and ruined a great finish. Sucks but it was simply a bad call that you don't make. Would you want to see a game ended on a foul with free throws? That's what this ending felt like. Game was over on that call point blank.
