Not necessarily true. How do we know other teams were willing to trade back? For all we know Arizona might like Will Anderson at #3. Texans have no reason to trade back they also need a QB. Colts/Seahawks also need QB's. Realistically the Bears were our only realistic trade up option. Trading up a few spots to get the 4th QB never made sense either.

I legit think it's a toss up between Stroud/Young/AR. Those trade back rumors always made me suspicious we were looking at AR.

Frank won't be the final call. It was reported Tepper/Fitt/Frank will all make a group decision on the QB. We already know Tepper loves Bryce. It's up to Fitt/Frank to figure out who they like. If I had to bet today I think Bryce is the pick.
