Honestly my problem is bigger than Wilks. It's the fact we hired a HC who was fired mid season who happens to be a older HC. Like Tepper seems lost when it comes to hiring the right HC. In a perfect world we go after Harbaugh and give him full control. At least he is proven to build championship proven teams at both levels. I don't care about what comes with Harbaugh. As long as we winning games again is all I care about.

Nobody respects Frank if they did they would play better like they did for Wilks. Look at the Raiders after they fired their GM and HC. Dudes out there showing emotion again. They respect Pierce. We need to do the same. Get rid of Fitt/Frank we are the laughing stock of the NFL.

Why are you stuck in 2018? I'm judging him on what he did with the Panthers. You had people in the Nat'l media questioning why we didn't hire him. The players vouched for him. Yet I'm seeing a good amount of people suggest he needs more time. Then you look at his age he's getting older his time is running out and we have a rebuilding roster. The relationship just doesn't make any sense. Tepper is really bad at picking HC's.

Frank had a full off-season. Wilks was the one who had to take over mid season to clean up behind Rhule. No disrespect to Frank but I knew just from the preseason this guy was the wrong hire. I'm sorry but he's not cut for this kind of role anymore. He's 60+ and usually when you get that age your time is coming to a end. I don't see a long-term plan with him so I rather we just cut bait and save ourselves some wasted time.

Can you explain why you're so calm on Frank? You wanted Wilks gone ASAP but yet you think a HC who has won 1 game needs more time. Just doesn't make any sense to me. Curious to why you seem stuck in the Frank bandwagon.

You lost me at we need to listen to Frank. Listen to him for what? He doesn't do anything. He collects his paycheck and goes home to his family. His shows no emotion players don't seem to care and we play bad football every Sunday. It's time to reset this entire franchise. Bring Harbaugh in and hand him the keys. That's the only hope I have for this franchise. Anything Tepper touches turns to poo.

I ask this just about every week. What purpose does Frank serve on the team? Can't coach, doesn't hold players accountable, shows no emotion. My guy you gotta hit the road at this point he's just collecting a check.
