Sir everyone who plays for us seems to have success elsewhere. CMC/Baker/Darnold are all or have been in the MVP conversation. Our culture is bad. That's my only excuse.

What if I told you Mayfield and Darnold would both be in the MVP conversation before the season? Your culture matters folks. These guys were in a toxic environment. The moment they left they were totally different QBs. This is kind of pathetic how bad we have become. We are known for killing QBs careers.

Darnold is in the MVP conversation just like CMC was last season. They are playing like stars. We didn't get to see the new and improved Darnold. Tepper got sick of Wilks having the locker room and decided to give both the boot smh. We were robbed of a potential explosive offense with CMC/Moore and Darnold. Like I said we also could have added a Zay Flowers to that core as well. Can you imagine!

Raiders will be looking to make a splash. The Brady factor will be huge because that's Sanders mentor. They already have a relationship outside of football. That team is clearly looking for a franchise QB to build around. Crosby is great, but he's not a QB. Vegas will be desperate to get their QB. Brady will make sure it happens. Hell Sanders was already seen taking pictures with the Raiders owner at the Vegas game a few weekends ago. It's already in play.

That's the point of trading back and collecting future high potential picks. We obviously go with a bridge QB for cheap. Maybe Fields just to see him on a prove it deal. We continue to hit on our draft picks and add talent and go from there. Maybe we get lucky and end up with the #1 pick. Depends on the team trading up. Sanders in Vegas is probably still a bad team. He has Bowers and not much else on offense. Raiders could potentially give us another top 5 pick plus our pick in the following draft. That's potentially 2 top 5 picks in the Arch Manning draft. Maybe we get Manning and top WR prospect. Maybe that gets the Manning's interest in Manning playing in Carolina.

Yeah obviously there is a certain slot that makes sense as far as trading back. It really depends on the offer. It's also possible we could trade back and get a solid player in return to help fill the void of missing out on the Hunter/Tmac prospects. Like Chicago got DJ Moore in return for trading back so far. I can see something like that. Just a hypothetical something like Maxx Crosby and future picks from the Raiders. Also depends on how far back the Raiders are to give up a elite pass rusher like Crosby.

Not because I don't like paying them big money, but because they make a difference. At one point this offense had CMC/Moore and Darnold. You telling me we couldn't have build around that core. In order to get value you must have talent! Sir with all due respect can you name me a single star on this roster? Trading Johnson for a 3rd round pick is probably the best we could do. A 3rd round pick is not helping us accomplish anything. Sorry but we have nothing to trade to do a true rebuild. We have a roster full of JAGS. Nobody is getting us a 1st or 2nd round pick. Those picks have value and we just don't have those kind of players on our roster sadly.

Why it's critical we get the #1 pick Teams like the Jags/Pats/Rams are not going to take a QB #1 overall. These teams are a threat to trade back. We know the Raiders will be aggressive with Brady now part owner. They are a sexy market and they need a QB in that city. The Browns will also have pressure to replace Watson for the future who knows what they will do to move up. And the Titans obviously aren't sticking with Will Levis so that's 3 teams who will be our competition for a QB. If we want the best outcome we need to have that #1 pick. That's our leverage. If Tepper doesn't want the pressure of taking another QB he needs to trade back and get his picks back from the Bryce failure. No Panthers fan should be rooting for anything not #1. That's our ticket to a quicker rebuild.

Las Vegas

The goal should be #1 so we can trade back with Vegas for more picks so we can fill the holes on this team. I know everyone wants a QB, but I do not trust Tepper taking another QB #1. If he misses again that might be my final straw leaving this team for good. Do the right thing trade back and build your roster. The Bears showed us how it's done. They only had to wait the following year to get their QB. There is hope.

Some are speculating that he has took his last snap of football. I can't see anyone talking him in a backup role. If the Browns move on he's likely done in the NFL imo.
