The guy let Steve Wilks go because he was a true alpha and knew the players respected him. He couldn't take Wilks being the guy. So he hired another yes man as HC with no voice. This is the Tepper Way. Unless we hire a real alpha HC there is nothing that will change. It's why I'm all in on Jim Harbaugh. You have to hire a HC who will tell Tepper to STFU and stay out the way.

Chicago might feel sorry for us and give us Justin Fields for cheap in the off-season. Bryce is not the answer.

Carolina Panthers are officially the worst franchise in the NFL. Jim Harbaugh the only HC who can turn this around. Tepper has to get out of the way.

Justin Fields is beating the Lions. If he comes cheap I wouldn't mind rolling with him over Bryce for next season. Let the best man win the job in training camp.

Fitt drafted Mingo. He signed DJ Chark. He put this Oline together. I was saying Fitt was not to blame before the season. Now that I look at this roster he has to take some responsibility. Why trade your #1 WR when you're about to take a rookie QB with the #1 pick? It's those kind of moves that you just can't defend.

His body language is bad. He doesn't look or act the part. I'm just being real we screwed up taking him. The sad part the other 3 QBs all look better than Bryce.

Bryce is not a franchise QB. The best we can hope for is middle of the pack and that's only if we put a lot of talent around him. I hate to be that guy but we need to start planning on selecting another QB in 2025.
