You do realize NY is one of the most populated states in America right? Just because people are moving to NC doesn't mean NY is shrinking. Cost of living is a problem in every state. Given people can make money on social media now it's not really hard to make extra income these days. If you are an attractive person it's not hard to survive if you turn to social media. Hell I got so many small business owners in my families. Everyone is adapting to the new reality. Find something you love to do and make it a business. Also my case is closed. Williams signed with the Jets. Sorry you live in fantasy land.
