  1. We have a very good OL. Don't overrate our RBs. But yes, they are all looking pretty solid.
  2. And it doesn't matter how much of a players' coach Wilks is. I'd be game for him to stay under a new HC if they like him but he's still a Ron-era echo. We need a clean slate, new staff. And an NFL professional level one.
  3. Well with the metric provided, it's one team that has a RB that consistently gets 10+ yard runs (Chubb) and 3 teams with the top running QBs (Bears, Eagles, Ravens). Would like to see this with some adjustments. It's all about how it's qualified. I'd personally love the team to be able to make big plays at will, it helps with scoring TDs which I hear are important.
  4. The re-hype train for Levis is...inevitable
  5. He played very much like we've seen from him until that last drive. That big sideline pass and game winner were both better than anything he's done here. He never did anything toxic here other than being very bad at football so whatevs, he gone.
  6. Why are so many picking Heinicke? He played like one end of year game for us. He's proving to be good NOW, but that doesn't compute with el questione. It's Allen & Bridgwater. Bridgewater was a dull manager who was the most risk-averse, non-aggressive QB I've ever seen. Allen had a hot streak and teased potential before settling into his current iteration.
  7. Bottom line--I think most of us thought we were at least getting a Delhomme-lite/Hasselback level guy and for what we paid, it wasn't anything too bad. He had shown in his career to be adequate. Not a complete mess, but he showed very little ability to even sustain a field goal level drive. We experienced something much worse than expected, he couldn't throw basic out routes or consistently arc over lineman. At least he got Rhule canned more quickly than expected. A 5th rounder is nothing, he is gone, Rhule is gone. Let's get the sanitizer.
  8. I don't know where you've been then. He was one of the most hyped guys along with Tyler Van Dyke, Levis and Stroud going into the CFB season. Both Richardson and Van Dyke deflated their stock to start the year. Van Dyke never recovered. Richardson had some nice moments but as a passer has been spotty to say the least; his physical traits are what are propping him up.
  9. At day's end, Richardson possesses a higher ceiling than any other QB in the draft. If we get a coach that wants him, and is committed to developing him, we should get him and none of us should be mad about it.
  10. So we hate all QBs in the draft yet are mad we aren't getting a top pick to select on of these QBs we hate. Got it.
  11. The stranger dynamic are those that get mad at losing the tankathon are often the one claiming these QBs all suck and none are worthy. Misery loves company.
  12. Alrighty so Houston, Bears, Cleveland, Seattle (via DEN), JAX, PIT, DET (via LAR), & LVR could all be picking ahead of us. Coud we be pick 7-12 again? Smelling like it!
  13. Hackett may be the biggest non-college hire coaching bust in quite some time. I've never seen such a consistently awful team before. And to think they went all in with this roster. Good grief lol
  14. The Texans are so bad but damn is it hard to ignore how potent Miami's offense is. They are looking like the most unstoppable in the league. Would personally love a Tua v. Hurts SB. Bama Backup vs. Starter. The storylines that could unfold with PHI v. MIA would be wild. Two teams that went with the QBs with question marks, made the big trades for star WRs, drafted WRs high, built big lines. Just love how those two squads have come together.
  15. He's at least at Kevin Kolb status. Can he make it to a Cassel? Only time will tell.
