Braggs, pg 2.

Given McCown’s vids and Reich’s preferences, I’d think it’s Stroud. That tweet isn’t some random dude, he’s a Bears reporter. Now that is quite interesting.
-
I for one like the chat. The “I only care about wins” type stuff is cringey. People like chatting about the team design. It’s not a big deal. Light hearted fluff is fine. Would love at least an update/ modernization. We should definitely keep the general scheme of things, just revise it a bit but keep timelessness in mind. Quite happy we haven’t changed like ATL or JAX keep doing but others like how the Jets or Bills have updated is nice. If we land a new franchise QB and get things going with this new staff, it would be a cool move to usher in a new era.

Washington with an awesome sideline grab to close that out. Damn.
-
Josh Whyle is another to watch. Athletic, really nice hands-catcher. Natural receiver and strong blocker. 6'6 235 4.69 today
-
I like him a lot but tempering expectations. There've been guys like him before with the monster label that weren't hits. Really exciting prospect though.
-
LaPorta & Washington have definitely shined today.
-
Yeah I hope they are coveting 39 and next year's 1st in most talks. There's going to be legit EDGE and TE talent in R2. Those would be my priority keeps. If we can figure something out to move up with the batch of 2025's 1st, 24' 2nd-4th rounders, and 61, I would find it to be very successful negotiations.

Cheers to all fellow TE stans sticking in this thread after the sticky QB debates
-
I know The Athletic and DJer are both big on Schoonmaker. Saw it reported that many clubs are big fans of him, scouting community is preferential to his resume. The TE class makes up for a rather shallow pond of top WRs this year.
-
Schoonmaker ran a 4.63 at 6'5 251. He's really being underlooked.
-
No one has stickier hands than Kincaid though. That boy is amazing. I'd be targeting him somehow. I'm sure he reminds our staff of Goedert who they are quite familiar with.
-
Yeah I got a crush on this entire TE class. There's like 10-12 guys that would be our starter with our current roster. T1: Mayer, Kincaid T2: Washington, Musgrave, LaPorta, Kraft T3: Schoonmaker, Kuntz, Spann-Ford, D Allen, Whyle I view all of them above Ian and Tremble. Tremble still has mad potential but not a premiere catching TE type. This is a seriously stacked class.
-
He's a dude. I'll tell you that. 4.65 & 4.68 40s.
-
Spann-Ford is a top dude in that regard. Most balanced receivier/blocker though? Probably LaPorta.
-
Schoonmaker running a 4.65 at that size is ridiculous. He's probably my favorite TE after the top 4-5 ish.
-
Kraft definitely looks the part. Kuntz is a sleeper to keep an eye on. LaPorta is great, definitely a guy that's become a favorite during the draft season. This is such a great TE class. If we keep 39, Musgrave or LaPorta would be great targets.
-
Stroud getting praised left and right by former scouts and players on the interweb. He may have a hype train brewing as strong as AR. Q-Tip, I mean Young may become the one who presents himself in a trade up. TE TIME! VERY interested in Musgrave, Kraft, & Schoonmaker
-
You can just sense the tiers and presence of the top guys. It's a whole aura and control thing.
-
That overhype/under delivering happens in games and it was eerily similar with him today. I just hate how much inconsistency he has, and not to mention, doesn't seem like the most likeable dude. Reminds me of Bortles. The guy has his mechanics and throwing motion down to a science, beautiful stuff. But he just really has this offputting feel and never seems to produce. He was the Penn State battering ram for a reason.
-
I still think it's CJ and Young at the top. Hard to ignore their talent. AR will no doubt get a hype train coming out of this and mocks will have him a 1 for clicks.
-
Tanner calm down my man!
-
There's our staff in a DEEEEEP QB convo. Love it.
-
Bortles, I mean Levis looked good mechanically. Inconsistent but he has the pocket movement and motion down pat.
-
He just makes it look easy. His deep ball is so damn pretty. There's really not much to correct with him. Our own QB coach had a great spiel about the creation with his throws and the readiness (along with the Burrow comp). I just have felt it with him watching OSU. He's a pure QB.
