  1. And are on an ex-Saints/Bengals kick which was unexpected.
  2. Quite happy I spared myself the audio filler while working. This guy just wants to hear his own voice.
  3. His first few years were injury sticky. Buuut Campbell played every game last year with Ryan/Ehlinger and managed 600+ with Pittman & Pierce getting most targets. Only 25 y/o. Not a bad guy to throw in the mix.
  4. Yeah. He's good [enough] that if a starting caliber TE doesn't happen in the draft, not a huge deal. But still allows us to select Musgrave/LaPorta/Washington at 39 if we choose. But then, if we don't, can still take a R4ish shot on a Schoonmaker, Kraft, Whyle type. Makes the decision at 39 less forced, can be the best offensive skill player available.
  5. We officially have a tight end that is actually capable of doing all the tight end things. Thomas has been a forever work in progress, Tremble is a work in progress. Dissapointed this isn't Schultz but he offers more flexibility than what Gesicki would bring. If not Schultz, it was Hurst or Tonyan. Maybe Moreau.
  6. I love it personally. He's one of the best personalities in the league. His teammates love the dude, tough hard-nosed runner. He was more than just the reliable short yardage back in a league top offense. Would be a fan of this. Regardless if it's him or Foreman, the draft tees up nicely for an all-around or pass catcher like Gibbs, Spears, Achane, McIntosh, Brown, Abanikanda. I wouldn't say Charbonnet or Roschon Johnson are out but it's much more in favor of the all around, dual-threat, shiftier types.
  7. Let’s vibe Dalton Schultz into existence. Make it happen Fitt
  8. I think he got ticked off about how they were using him and the coaches told him to skip practice. He subsequently asked for a trade if I recall correctly. Though nothing was completely prior to the deadline. Funny thing was the Packers were a rumored package to boost Rodgers corps lol. *edit: There was something weird about it---and here it is--it was strange bc it was after their good start: https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/34846365/jets-elijah-moore-play-vs-broncos-trade-demand
  9. They better view G Wilson as the key franchise piece for their own good. Moore though..he has so much road ahead in his career. He would be a very interesting get for a team. Davis, not as much.
  10. Hard no to move up that far but I do think it would make sense to monitor a few specific guys like Zay Flowers, Dalton Kincaid, Michael Mayer, & Jordan Addison. If any of those 4 guys slip past NYG and DAL, I think Buffalo and/or Cincy become the highest potential trade-up targets we should think of calling. Late 20s. Buuut with us not having a 1st next year...I'd think a 2023 4th could be the highest chip you throw in with 39, how far that gets us...realistically is only a few spots. There is a big slip after Hyatt & Downs in the WR department to the next tier so I think those are the 2 to monitor the most once the round turns. I'd rather ensure a good receiver here and target a TE like LaPorta/Schoonmaker/Kraft after. Lots of possibilities.
  11. Yep, not at all, fair assumption it could be 2. Interesting dynamic having two you like that much but no apparent frontrunner. Pro days are going to be funnn
  12. If anything, it gives us the liberty to look for a second promising guy as a backup. The idea is finding a guy who can win when #1 goes down. We don't need a bridge, we need a capable backup. So, if we're not paying top backup prices like Miami and Atl just did, and if we're considering the Drew Locks of the world, might as well take a late shot at a Haener or Tune in the 5th-6th. Could only benefit at this point.
  13. Yep, I presume they know exactly who they want. I mean, big picture, that's exactly what Scott said. If they move to 1, it's because they have the conviction they found their guy. Being first, we can just f*ck with everyone now. Many in the media cannot see the forest for the trees; or well, it's inherent not to and garner more speculation and story.
  14. Correct. Hardman is in fact, not good. Chark is good, but tends to get injured every time he's on the field. Slayton is the guy I think makes a lot of sense. Would be a consistent presence that you need around a bunch of unknowns.
  15. I do think we re-sign. But come April, Tyjae Spears please. Pretty please.
  16. The FA RB market is solid and the draft is a very good crop. So many possibilities
  17. Yeah might as well target Drew Lock or Andy Dalton at this point for a few mil per.
  18. I’m beginning to see we just need to wish the opposite of your cheerleading
  19. Dre'Mont Jones is a pretty solid fit in SEA.
