I expect we will see some changes in policy come out of last night. Whether they are substantive or performative, only time will tell. But I would very much hope this reminder of how fragile our existence is will stick with this community and tone down some of the poo that get thrown at these players. All the "he is trash", "Ill trade him for a ham sandwich", "dude is garbage", etc. These guys are people with families and loved ones and we (myself included) sometimes forget that when we plop down in out Lazy-boys with a beer and a brat to watch on Sundays.

I got an awesome idea for our fanbase...
Cullenator replied to TheMostInterestingMan's topic in Carolina Panthers
This is such a BS narrative. I dont have to go more than 3 pages back on the main forum to find someone pumping up every QB who will be available in the draft. This fan base is like firing a shotgun at a target and claiming victory because a pellet hits the bullseye. -

"fellow fans" fuging lol. Im pretty convinced there is a large contingent of folks here who would only be happy if the Panthers picked in the top 3 year in and year out. Cant for the life of me understand why they keep coming back here. -
It was sometime back in the late 90s that my 7ish year old daughter told my wife she hated Sundays because "daddy was in a bad mood". Put this all into a very stark perspective. Havent been emotionally involved to the point that losses effect be for more that 10 mins after 0:00 Been on this forum every day Was over the moon excited about the possibilities during our up years See my car and there is no mistaking me as a Panthers fan Just dont let the losses drag me down

Does anyone else want to see Brady crushed as much as I do?
Cullenator replied to mc52beast's topic in Carolina Panthers
We already had a successful thread on putting him on a stretcher -
My condolences. Truly hope you and your family find some peace and get past the pain of your loss and can remember the good time you all had.

First first down was not an option so I went with first TD. Although if Im being honest Im expecting people to start talking poo if they dont like the way he dresses -
I hope we end Tom Brady's career.
Cullenator replied to Porn Shop Clerk's topic in Carolina Panthers
A loss this weekend would hand Brady his first losing season in 20 years. Ill take that. -
If that is real dude is looking to put on a master class in how to tank a career

So next week’s game against the Bucs is definitely rigged, right?
Cullenator replied to hepcat's topic in Carolina Panthers
I honestly dont understand why some of you bother. We suck Its all rigged The NFL wont let us be succesful For fugs sake go find something that doesnt make you so miserable. -
It's time for the NFLPA to stand up for field conditions
Cullenator replied to TheCasillas's topic in Carolina Panthers
I get that the NFLPA is looking out for their members but honestly when you look at the product on the field their efforts have made it objectively worse. By limiting practices, in particular full contact practices, the NFLPA is directly responsible for the lower quality of play that we see week in and week out. If they decide to take up the cause of the playing surface I can only assume that they will find a way to fug it up too. And Im a very pro-union guy. Just in the case of the NFLPA I think they have had a long run of extremely myopic leadership. -
I really wish I could get that time back. I wont go so far as to say it was bad but it was pretty predictable and about 3 episodes too long.
