When I saw your comment I was like I know that place but I couldn't remember where it was. So I run over to Google and it comes up off Battleground and I'm like no that's not what I was thinking about. Went to their about us page and immediately recognized the green front of the old place on High Point road. Damned good sandwiches

Go on record now before the hire is made Re: Sean Payton
Cullenator replied to GOAT's topic in Carolina Panthers
People who go to the effort of being on this site are not representative run of the mill fans. To that end you could say we all take it a little too seriously But I have to respect folks that have their own "red lines" of things the org could do that would cause them to stop tuning in at this level. -

There was a time before the Panthers existed when I was a Giants fan. Pulled for them hard as hell to ruin the Pats perfect season. Dads wife is from Philly Ill probably be screaming for Big Blue tonight -

David Crosby, Iconoclastic Rocker, Dead at 81
Cullenator replied to ladypanther's topic in Huddle Lounge
When I was a teenager trying to figure out who I was and what I believed in CSN(&Y)'s music was HUGE in my world. David Crosby was a complicated soul with struggles that many of us have dealt with. RIP brother. -

Its not the red line for me that Brady or Rogers is but I would no longer plan my fall days around watching the Panthers. -
Nobody said anything about accepting mediocrity. But I wouldn't call 911 to help either of those men if I saw them in need. I sure as hell wont cheer on their success.
-
Im not kidding myself into thinking anyone on mint st (or here for that matter) much gives a damn about what I do on my weekends but I would throw out all my Panthers gear and be done forever if either Brady or Rogers suits up in a Panthers uniform.

I made a stupid mistake trying to sell this house
Cullenator replied to cardiackat88.'s topic in Huddle Lounge
A Buyers Agent should be concerned with getting their client the best possible deal on a property while exposing and addressing anything that could potentially "bite their client in the ass" down the road. A Sellers Agent should be concerned with getting their client the highest possible price for a property while minimizing (within the law) anything that could cause a buyer to offer a lower price. Those two things are fundamentally at odds I bought a house once where the realtor was attempting to represent both sides and the seller got bent over and fuged dry. -

fug dual-agency. Seriously you need to get a new agent. There is no way one person can fairly and professionally represent both sides of a negotiation. -
Looking forward to this but Im waiting until I can watch the first few back to back

Could anything make you quit the team?

Any of theses guys on our sideline would send me in search of other ways to spend Sundays - Sean Payton, Tom Brady, Deshaun Watson, or Aaron Rogers. Moving the team If it was ever proven that the team willingly lost games or even just didnt try to win them.
