That NFL commercial where they are doing the "read through" is really fuging tone deaf in a world where too many people question the fairness of the game

Given that MB Stadium has a capacity of 71,000 And according to this chart https://sportshandle.com/nfl-fans-who-drink-the-most/ that states that the average attendee will have 3.9 drinks (just going with beer here and assuming 16oz as a good average between drafts and craft cans) I predict just slightly less than 35000 gallons of beer will be consumed

Dark Side was a weird Floyd album for me. It took me way too many years to view it a positively as the rest of the world did. Ive always been a big fan of PF back to the mid 70s but there was always another album grabbing my attention. Meddle, Animals, Wish You Were Here, The Wall... It wasn't until some time after I saw them on the Delicate Sound of Thunder tour that I sort of forced myself to really stop and really listen to Dark Side. Still not my favorite Floyd album but it is unquestionably fuging epic.

Its a little funny. A little. Back in '77 a buddy's older brother brought the original 3 beige rule books home from a deployment. I think its safe to say that we played DnD almost every weekend after that until it fell apart due to families and jobs and just life somewhere around 2000. In all that time sex was a part of the game less than a handful of times. Tried to play again recently and it was like an entirely different game with dragonkin and guns and sex and its all become a bit of a "get off my lawn" kind of thing.

In celebration of the anniversary of the art form I thought we could post up some of our all time favorites I remember like it was yesterday the afternoon in '91 a buddy introduced me to Ice-T. Yeah I knew some Run-DMC and of course I had heard Rappers Delight, The Message and the few groups/singles that managed to break in to my very white, very heavy metal & southern rock world. But nothing prepared me for what the next few years held. Far too many acts to name but I really felt like I fell in love with the genre during its golden years.

Im willing to bet they edit to get you to watch the next episodes. HBO doesnt give a damn if the Jets are SB Champs or a rolling dumpster fire, they only care about creating tension and drama that gets you to tune in next week.
