Don't look at me. This is just one of those things where it is just fun to follow along. lol I can't remember how it started, or when. But, it's been around for a long while.

Do you not agree that teams usually have2 goals to start the year? One is to win the division, and the other is to win the SuperB owl? That's fine. Write history now. I on the other hand would like to see how this all plays out. There are a lot of you guys on here. You've written the history in your head, and you want others to go along. There is nothing in the past, nor the future where it is written this team cannot be successful. It probably won't be. At least not this year. But can we at least let it play out? All this from an innocent statement?

Which is what is going to make the next 3 months so interesting. Who do you keep? Who do you Hire? Who do you draft? Man, this is gonna be fun.

I concur 100%. These next 3 games need to be Sam time. Well, if we want to keep up with the LIons it will have to be. But yea, let's throw the ball. Let's see what Sam can do? Why not? He will either rise to the challenge, or he won't. But we need to find out which Sam we have. There is pretty thin pickings in the FA QB market. Put Sam to the test these next 3 weeks and evaluate him at the end of the season.

I know you are trying to prove a point here. But...you forgot Kicker. Maybe even the whole kicking unit. Also, that "Not one player" line is a bit out of line. We absolutely have some talented kids on this team. And I say kids because this is an awfully young team. Sounds like you expect more out of these kids than they can give you right now. Every HOF or All Pro started just where we are. Young. Give this team a quality QB and it can compete. Give that QB an OC with some imagination, and this team could eat. It is not all rosy and silver wings by any stretch. But it is far from the bottomless abyss you are trying to make it out to be. Edit to add; It is extremely difficult to give any CB help when you are blitzing.

First, I never said we deserved to win the division. I also never said we were going to win the SuperB owl. I said "Teams have 2 goals at the start of the season. Win the division, and win the SuperB owl. And we are still on target". Simple and plain. If you want an honest debate, please don't put words in my mouth.

Sorry, I was in a hurry and got carried away. I usually try and be civil, or don't reply at all. This place is getting to me again. I'll admit that there is a part of me that would like to see Wilks get a fair shot. Pick his own staff, try and get his own QB. Then see what happens. But I also know that we are probably going Offensive with our next Coach. Which I can somewhat understand. Going to be interesting to see this all play out. As for Sam? He has played rather well lately, but we've seen that before. However, if he continues this for the next 3 games? You have to put him on the list for that vet QB we need next year.

Also, a lot of ppl saying that even if we do make the Playoffs we are going to be "Curbed Stomped" by some random Wild Card. Like it's some forgone conclusion. We are 3rd in the league in 3 and outs. Clean that up enough to get into the top half and this team could look a lot better. Give Wilks a competent OC and maybe we have something. Unfortunately, I don't see either one of them back next year. That is, barring some ungodly good luck from here on out.

There are usually 2 goals to start a season. Win your division and win the Super Bowl. We are, somehow, still alive for both of those. What fan wouldn't be excited for the possibilities?

I do believe that Eddie has won the job. Funny how the world works. Back in the day the LIons picked up an Eddie after an injury. He was there for a long time. Maybe this Eddie can repeat that Eddies' success?

Before yesterday, I was extremely excited to watch the seasons finish. Today? It's down to mildly interested. lol
