What's funny is the Young fans think the poor kid is being persecuted. lol When Bryce fans say it, it's facts. When Stroud fans say it, it personal. lol You Young fans are so insecure you think everyone is bashing Young. It's just a few of us who don't want a JV QB running our team. Dang you folks will say anything.

Young shows up to the combine carrying so much weight he couldn't do anything but interviews. Red Flag Then at his Pro Day still doesn't do anything but throw, and more interviews. Another Red Flag Now he has cancelled the rest of his visits. Yet another Red Flag. Sounds like a kid that has trouble following set protocols. He is too cool for all that stuff other QBs go through. He definitely seems like he is way too special in his own mind. And he is still short.

Folks went nuts over Picketts small hands. But a QB barely 5'10 is perfectly ok. If you actually believe that Young will have a long successful career? Then more power to ya.

I want to believe, I truly do. But every time I see a picture of him I can't help but be worried for his parents. They must be a mess before every game. Is this the game my baby boy comes home in pieces? I just hope we get our monies worth before the wheels fall off. Cuz it's probably going to be exciting watching him run for his life every week.

And it is all deserved. He is going to be the smallest guy on the field. He knows it. We know it. The football ppl know it. Hard to be a chip when it's a fact. I guess he could have a chip with the parents for not getting him a few more inches on the height thingy. The Bryce ppl have to stop protecting the guys height. It ain't a secret. He tiny. It's ok for you to say that. Edit to add, It seems like a stretch to have a chip when you were the 1st pick. Or is that just me?

I think with how many of todays' players are able to move around. Maybe you can squeeze a roster spot for that extra QB? I know I would be willing to go that route. Of course, it all comes down to your QB depth. Do you actually have 3 capable QBs? And do you keep 3 just to make sure? Different opponents might change things as well. But man, it beats the heck out of arguing over our next great QB. I tell ya what on this one.

Are you one of those, keep the receipts, kinda guys? I honestly don't know how you folks do it. I have a hard enough time keeping up with folks with whom I actually want to converse. Let alone adding...how many other meaningless souls? Sheew, that seems like a whole lotta work I tell ya what.

I would think with how many QB went down last year. And it basically cost the 9ers a shot at a SB. It makes sense to add a QB to the roster. As long as his salary doesn't affect the cap. Sounds good. It just makes too much sense.

Who knows how much this coaching staff sees him? But he has been in the building rehabbing and such. Maybe they've seen enough to want to stash him on the PS. You can protect up to 4 players nowadays. I hope the kid gets a chance. But again, who knows?

I believe there are more ppl than we think that want Matt to get a fair shot this year. With the limited amount of time coaches get to actually coach, is there enough time for him to make a good impression. Also, he has been in that building rehabbing and all that jazz. Maybe they see him more than what we think they do. Who knows. I've also got this inkling that you can save a certain amount of your PS guys. Maybe he gets one of those spots.
