They clocked Thielen at over 20mph during practice. Seems like he's just fine to me. But then again, I don't think the sky is falling either.

I love the reactionary threads the best. People falling all over themselves trying to put the worst spin possible on the situation.

Campbell said that most, if not all, the starters will sit. Looks like we get Teddy 2 gloves for the whole first half. And he has looked rather pedestrian so far. Also means our Oline will be going against mostly 2nd and 3rd stringers. Hopefully they can take care of bidness this week. Maybe that can get their mojo back. They are already working on game plans for KC. So, it shows just how much Preseason means to them. They are doing the same thing we are. Evaluating nonstarters.

Negativity is the prevailing sentiment around here. In order to breed that fear you have to sensationalize every little fault. Whether real or imagined. I really have to wonder if all these folks that go overboard to sow the seeds of fear actually believe what they are promoting? Way too many people seem to believe that this team actually does lack talent. Is it because they actually believe it, or are they just trying to scare folks into joining the negativity? This team has a shot if Bryce plays well. Not sure why that seems to scare so many people? Ah hell, I know what I want to say. I just can't quite put it all together.

Whatever gets you through the night. One would think that someone who has been around as long as you have would understand the importance of Preseason evaluations.

The one constant with the Huddle? Nobody underestimates Panther talent like Panther fans themselves.

Oh c'mon man. This place has to get over the fear of the past. And maybe give up that quest for perfection as well. Our future was changed the day we hired Frank Reich. No one knows how this future will end. But projecting past fears upon that future will have zero effect on the outcome of said future. So, you may as well relax and just enjoy the ride. It's better for your health anyway. If Bryce gives us close to a ROY year, this team is going to be competitive I tell ya what.

All this angst after 2 Preseason games. Where we were warned that things were going to be vanilla. We are to learn from the past, not fear it. It's a new dawn, a new day. It just might work out. If Bryce even sniffs the OROY we are competing for the Playoffs. I can live with that.

If you have been paying attention you know who has been brought in the last 2 years. And there are plenty of players that have joined in the last 2 years that have, and will, make us better. I'd bet most Panther fans can name close to 10 or more players over the last 2 years. Just because YOU think it. Does not make it so. And if Bryce even sniffs OROY? I truly have no clue what this even means. I can't both blame and credit Fitts. Not sure how that could even work. We haven't played one game. You may be right. Or...You may be wrong. Not so sure the Team feels that way. They like Chuba and Blackshear. With Sanders probably getting the majority of the snaps. Having a stud behind him is kinda wasteful. IMO, we need to wait a few weeks into the season before we start making roster changes. A little premature after just the 2nd Preseason game. Where we were told it was going to be vanila.
