So if a QB is successful, it must be his supporting cast? Whatever happened to raise the talent around you? I guess I should have figured it would be the same ol same ol. CJ has talent around him in a QB freindly system. Bryce did it all on his own. God forbid we take Bryce. He'd better walk on water. Cuz it's the only way he lasts until that second contract.

Except the ONLY flaw folks find in CJ is that he isn't the greatest under pressure. But he is an assassin in the pocket. Whereas Bryce can't play from the pocket, and runs around until he finds a lane. I'll take the guy that can carve you up from the pocket. Oh, and maybe last 10 years longer.

So what I'm hearing is; CJ gets the ball out because of scheme and talent. Bryce doesn't get the ball out because of a lack of scheme and talent. Seems legit.

Brady gets the ball out in under 3 second. Everybody does. Except Bryce. Just because the scheme works, don't blame the QB. That's lazy. Tons of QBs get the ball out in under 3 seconds. Just because CJ does as well does not automatically mean he doesn't know where to go with the ball. I hate that ol trope. OSU has talent. lol

We were told Bryce had the best line in college. Yet he still has to run around to make plays. Bama WRs are still some of the best in college. Give me a break on no talent. Plenty of QBs get the ball out. Why can't Bryce. Maybe scheme him a better O next time?

If Bryce Young is this super computer on legs. What with his processing power, and ability to read Defenses. Then why is it that CJ can get the ball out on time, and on target in around 2.5 second. Whereas Bryce has to run around like a chicken with its head cut off to make a play? If Bryce is so good at reading and processing? Why can't he get the ball out on target, and on time? Give me the guy who can get the ball out while still standing. Over the guy who has to run around to find a lane. Maybe that's why Bryce's numbers against pressure look so good. Because he leaves the pocket and runs around. KInda skews those numbers just a bit don'tcha think? Look, Bryce may be exciting to watch. But let's not kid ourselves here. By the time that second contract is coming up. Stroud will still be getting the ball out in 2.5 seconds. Whereas Bryce just may be on crutches. Or worse.

I know Candy was a pretty good sized guy and all. But, what was he doing in the huddle during a SuperB owl? Now that's connections. lol

In any normal year, if you told the Huddle we were drafting the shortest QB in league history. There would be chaos. Rioting in the streets would only be the beginning. So what's so different about this short QB?

Furthering the cause would have been saying something like; Yeah, if we can get that type of fire in our next QB. Things could be looking up. But you didn't do that did you? We not only have the most knowledgeable fan base, but ain't nobody coming close to our pettiness. You don't use all the resources we used to move up to #1. Ony to see him last what? 2-3 years. If we're lucky. He's Jonny Money 2.0, and we all know how that ended.
