lol Stale take? How quaint We have zero players with large contracts. We have a rookie QB. Now is a good time to lock down your best Defensive player. At some point in time you have to pay your best players. And right now is a really good time for that.

You posted a comment. I posted my thoughts on said comment. But all you could muster in return was for you to skip over my comments and basically just repeat the original post I quoted. And in conclusion, of course we rode our D and Cam to the SB. Who would doubt that claim? Never mind. I'll see myself out.

First, you do not need a top 5 D to win in the Playoffs. You need one that can create turnovers and get crucial stops. That's it. And as of this moment we have no idea what our D is capable of doing. Second, we don't need Bryce to be an MVP candidate. We need him to be consistent, and accurate. Just because some on the Huddle diminish the talent level on O, does not make it so. Lastly, I just love how you know that folks around here are going to go nutsoid if Bryce only has "A fine Rookie year". The Huddle and their definitive statements always make me smile.

Not sure why you feel there will be a transition? He was at Denver for only 1 year, and I've heard they did quite well. As for depth? Too early to tell. The only real worry is at the starting CB position. Other than that, there are players all over that D that are capable. We have 2 very good Safeties. Good LBs, and talent on the line. No need to worry about all that other stuff the first week in July.
