I truthfully think we should put PJ Walker in the game.

They are cuffing Darnold too much. Yea, he's bad. But at this point you just have to let him throw. Whatever happens, happens. But we aren't going to win the game with 3 yards and a cloud of dust in the run game.

IMO Panthers are flat-out a more talented team than the Patriots, especially with McCaffrey back. I'd be really disappointed if we lost this game.

It was supposed to be a prop gun. Baldwin is not responsible for what is in the gun. You would not be expected to be handed a gun on a movie set that could kill someone. Actors are never the ones who handle the guns or what is in them.

I would hope all people would understand Alec Baldwin had nothing to do with what went wrong in that incident. Not really comparable to the Broderick incident.

Because it isn't that easy. If it was, why doesn't every team just trade every player on the last year of their contract? Nobody is giving up anything worth having, just so they can have Donte Jackson for 8 games and then have to re-sign him to a nice-sized contract. The only teams that do anything like that are teams going all-in on a Super Bowl and they only do it for elite guys like Von Miller. Donte is good but he isn't an absolute game-changer like Von is, even at Von's age. 8-game Donte on his last year gets us, at best, a 5th. Maybe, maybe a 4th to a team really, really desperate to win this season.

The pass defense in 2009 was amazing, particularly Gamble/Marshall. Probably the best CB duo season we've had so far.

Just because a receiver is defenseless doesn't make it a hospital ball. It's football.... receivers will be defenseless sometimes. Anderson didn't have to reach up for the ball. Threw it right to Anderson's chest. Maybeee you argue he could have thrown it slightly sooner but honestly that was just an amazing reaction and legal hit by Erik Harris.

I mean yeah but I meant just he'd be the QB of the team. I think he's finished too, but it would still make me pretty sad if Cam ever donned a Saints uniform (not that I think he will... but the insanity that would ensue on this forum would be hilarious)

Aside from Darnold's runs, it was still pretty inefficient. I think with McCaffrey back, we can win playing that way because our defense is so good. But I didn't think the OL was overly impressive. We just took advantage of a below average defense.

His RBs had a combined 10 catches. He was checking down all game.
