Sucks Sanders got hurt. He was putting in work and I think he would have helped us out a lot in the red-zone last week and today.

I'm just happy he's playing and LOOKING confident. It is one thing to play bad, but keep the spirits up at all times. You have to for the fans if nothing else. And that has been the biggest difference in his play IMO. He's playing care-free. He's playing like he feels he belongs.

I'm back on the bandwagon. Bryce Young is THE ONE.

The DBs were playing off and we weren't playing aggressive at the LOS, which had been working on the earlier drives. Chiefs OL was struggling, we should have kept attacking. Instead we played conservatively. And I mean, Mahomes is Mahomes. So he's going to get his. But I would have liked to see us keep playing as aggressive as we had been.

That hurt. Damn I'm so proud of this team. It has been a long freakin' time since I've been this hurt by a loss and that is a good thing. We put up a good damn fight.

Fun fact: There have only been 13 99-yard TD passes in NFL history. We haven't had one since 2011, Eli to Cruz. There were two in 2011 (Brady to Welker).

Do I think the Panthers have a much of a chance to win this game? No. But as someone who has bet a lot against Carolina this year... I'm very tempted to bet on the Panthers to cover that 11 point spread. Mahomes turns the ball over a lot regardless of the defense and they are on the road against a team that is getting healthy and feeling confident. And Jags/Lions aside, big underdogs this year have done a good job.

And what would he do about it? You can talk a big game, but you need a plan of action. Is he going to advise them to sit out an entire season and wait for the 2026 draft? No way in hell they do that. Is he going to demand a trade? Good luck with that.

I mean... is there any doubt about this? The way Canales talks about Bryce Young is not the way a HC talks about a QB they really like as a player. Canales is 100% out on Bryce barring an unforeseen turnaround.

No Ikem vs the best pass rushing team in the NFL? With no pocket for Bryce to step in to because of arguably the best interior DL in the NFL, Dexter Lawrence? Giants win comfortably IMO. Look at how hype the Panthers were to win last week. That was enough for them. The Panthers have struggled against mobile QBs this year too. Guys who can extend the play. Bo Nix, Marcus Mariota, Caleb Williams. Panthers have struggled against all QBs this year to be honest, but those guys in particular did the best statistically. Expect a big game from Danny Dimes, Nabers, and Tyrone.

Bryce is a bad QB at the pro level, but you don't make it to the NFL at his size without some kind of work ethic.

I'm not a fan of this. But I will say this: we have spent years and years getting rid of our better players. It might be worth it to keep one guy the fans can root for.
