Our DB's are very good. You could argue this Panthers team is the deepest it has ever been on the back end. I think our DL will benefit greatly from it. This Sunday will either expose the run defense or solidify it. I dont expect much to happen through the air for either team

Looking like some pretty Heavy rain in Charlotte Sunday. The concern i share with most people on this post is the run defense. Ioannidis should help in the middle, but I don't think our LB's are physical enough to fill the gaps in the 3-4. I am anxious to see Foreman used as a battering ram in those short yardage situations. I hope they utilize his size on draw plays instead of having CMC bounce off a jumbled up mess at the line of scrimmage.

I think Carolina is a much better team than they're getting credit for. If someone on the interior DL has a breakout year they will have an elite defense. Offensively you would assume they'll be slightly above average. It could work out for us. Worst case scenario they get off to a slow start and they shake Rhule out. I feel better about this year than i did the previous 3 for sure

We all know the coaching staff proactively sat CMC after his injuries because the previous two seasons were a lost cause. The people with the "he's always hurt" arguments are casual football fans at best.

Temple Guys make up 11% of the current roster. Might as well call them the Temple Panthers.

At no point should any NFL team have 10% of their Roster made up of Temple alums. I hope that when Tepper fires Rhule he does it publicly

Rhule's fascination with former players is ridiculous. If those guys were that special they wouldn't have signed to played ball at a struggling Temple or Baylor. I am sure he's a big joke amongst other coaches in the league

As long as the team is getting better as a whole then i will trust Fitt. I personally think the team needs a stud MLB and a TE, but an upgrade at WR is indeed just that, an upgrade.
