Bieniemy apparently out of the running in Houston
cardiackat88. replied to Mr. Scot's topic in Carolina Panthers
Is it really that hard to imagine that Bienemy simply wants to continue the success he is found in KC, and is happy with his position? As weird as this may sound, I often get the impression that people are pushing for him to be a head coach very badly. Maybe he simply loves being where he is right now, and isn't actually interested in being a head coach anywhere. -
Sure, if you want to tie up all the salary cap money you have on one player (Watson) as well as three (likely top ten) draft picks over the next few years then absolutely. Then you won’t have any money to pay anyone to stay past a rookie contract, Watson will take a Cam Newton like beating, and the team will suck for years to come. Sounds like a solid plan.

Mike Remmers will start at left tackle in the Superbowl.
cardiackat88. replied to Zod's topic in Carolina Panthers
I am not convinced he is that terrible... BUT, I would totally buy it if you tried to convince me he was a spy against the Panthers. I swear there was times where offsides, holds, etc where just so ridiculous that it was hard to believe he wasn't doing it intentionally. -
They don't care. They want every bit of any capital to all go to DW so he can take the pounding of his life over the next five years, and have absolutely no remaining assets to draft protection and/or pick up free agents to protect him. Then DW will be Cam Newtoned, and all of the salary cap will go towards financing his beating and poor o-line acquisitions, by having no money to pay anyone else but him.

NBC Sports Mock Draft 5.0 says the Panthers get...
cardiackat88. replied to Zod's topic in 2023 NFL Draft
Noooooo Lets trade the next 5-10 years for Deshaun Watson, not be able to afford free agents, and have zero capitol to acquire more talent -
Remote learning has been a failure per CMS

Even worse, There are articles about children's mothers walking around in the background with nothing but a towel on their head, men drinking beer shirtless in camera focus at 9am, and many siblings cussing out teachers for no real reason. -
And there are tons of huddlers wanting to trade the farm for Watson, not realizing this will happen eventually.....

Call me crazy, but Winston with eye surgery sounded WAY more entertaining (though equally potentially much more frustrating) than Bridgewater. Plus, didn't NO sign him for like a couple of pennies, a sweat towel, and a moldy old shoe?

Lose three first round picks over the next few drafts (as some have suggested to get Watson) and have peanuts to trade down for with more peanuts to get? The idea is to use larger capitol (hence 1st rounder) and trade down for decent capitol (2nd and 3rd, 2nd and 4th, 3rd and 4th etc) Instead of trading down 2nd round picks for fifth rounders and similar situations.

It is if you are only picking up 6 players per draft over the next few years when you could trade down and have 8-10 players per year through the draft over those next few years instead. This would fill in some of the 15 or more holes this teams needs to desperately fill in so bad, and could fill them in more quickly. And, it would be able to fill those holes faster, for less money towards the cap, with more players to sift through as the right insert for the role. It just gives a lot more talent, for cheaper, faster, and towards the goal of filling all the spots that are so badly needed.

It is if you are only picking up 6 players per draft over the next few years, homie. You could trade down and have 8-10 players per year through the draft, bro. This would fill in some of the 15 or more holes this teams needs to desperately fill in so bad, G. And, it would be able to fill those holes faster, for less money towards the cap, with more players to sift through as the right insert for the role, DUDE.

Fine. Trade a king's ransom for him. Let him take the beating of the lifetime with a shitty o-line. Let the defense suck even worse for years to come with crummy CB play, weak pass rush, and blown assignments. Hell lets just become the Cowboys by doing dumb poo like this. Sounds like a great plan, you've sold me hook, line, and sinker

I think people were over it in June or earlier.

Carolina Panthers Top 3 Offseason Priorities
cardiackat88. replied to Jeremy Igo's topic in Carolina Panthers
Why does everyone seem to think Henry will go so overlooked? I keep hearing "second or third round" etc. This dude will shoot up the draft boards quickly, thanks to media, hype, and where he played. -

Alfred Morris, would make a whole lot of sense. Younger, possibly cheaper, healthier, and possibly more effective. -
Oh yea, I'm such a newer fan I've been on the huddle for over 7 years... seriously, what the hell or who the hell was there to root for before manning? Cutler? fugin The Golden Calf of Bristol? manning landed and many followed from Indy. if you really think he was super great, look at all his chokes and his inability to put up much outside the likes of the Tennessee Titans and Jacksonville Jaguars. Straight up never been a fan of manning.
-
Like 60% of the modern Broncos fanbase is people following manning from Indy. Never got the manning hype, a choke artist and guy who put up stats in the worst divisions in football for the last ten years.

I mean, cmon man. These clowns keep playing the "disrespect"Ed Broncos card, when in fact not only did we beat 4 playoff teams in the refuser season, we smoked the cards and Seahags in the playoffs, and we didn't play the likes of the Chargers, Browns, raiders, and ravens. Ooh so scary you lame ass bitches.

Ya I said four playoff teams , Seahawks, packers, Texans, redskins, during the regular season.
