  1. It does, and kind of does not. Would he be less likely to be infected and spread the infection when he was being COVID tested nonstop during the regular season, and being surrounded by 51 (of his own teammates, not to mention coaches and other teams) who where tested nonstop? You can't tell me he sat in his house 24/7 and had zero contact, zero risk etc. Not judging the man, just trying to make sense of it.
  2. Whats "high risk" about a young, highly tuned, professional athlete?
  3. Did the Hopkins trade even involve a first? IIRC it was like David Johnson and a sweaty towel (second round pick?)
  4. Would you trade lopsided to trade him away? For instance, Teddy and a 6th for one NE 7th?
  5. Exactly. Few people seem to understand that the Panthers will be like the Cowboys are "Football Team", making desperate and exaggerate trades for certain players. Hopefully all this cap is being cleared up in order to pay a lot of draft picks to sort through. Otherwise, Deshaun Watson will be crying on Twitter again in three years when he is in the exact same situation; just with the Panthers.
  6. My brother and I spent at least an hour looking for my dad at an air show once, because every white man around his age was wearing a tan hat, a light colored shirt, khaki shorts, "air dads", and white bunched up socks.
  7. I officially give up trying to talk sense into anyone, its not worth the annoyance.
  8. Why is everyone seeming to argue with and/or attack Mr. Scott? Its not just this thread....
  9. Lol and somehow most of yall think we are going to land Watson with this budget
  10. I truly cannot understand why that is so hard for most of these people to comprehend.
  11. You guys realize that it would eat CMC and Teddy's contract stipulations, lose 3 first rounders over the next year, AND have to pay Watson's ridiculous salary? We can barely afford have the bums on the team already; and want to salvage the future into an even bigger cap mess so that Watson can get absolutely destroyed?
  12. Ok for fugs sake, fugIN ENOUGH. Watson is an extremely stupid idea, even more so if it means trading away all the talent we currently have, only to finance a Newton-style beating for Watson, and then not being able to afford any new talent because all our money will be invested into him.
  13. And spend obnoxious amounts of money to fund Watson's contract, only for him to take a Newton-esque beating and demand a trade within three years? You won't be able to pay an o-line to keep him safe, and his contract's salary will eat up all the positions of need.
  14. AND millions of dollars to finance Watson's salary. What is SO F*CKING hard to understand about that??
  15. Well, women are really good at pointing out what men do wrong.....
  16. I thought the first two guys were Andy Reid and Eric Bienemy at first.
  17. I have always wondered if Remmers was some kind of double-agent for whatever team he is playing for. The man is obviously good enough to start, and be a second-string player on an immensely talented team. Some of his mishaps and miscues just seem so planned and intentional.
  18. Would teddy still get traded? Didn’t the Jets have him a year or two already?
  19. I remember the year him and Goff were in the draft. I said to myself "these dudes would be third rounders at best in almost any other draft".
  20. I would have loved to see him play instead of teddy. I’m sure it would have been WAY more entertaining, albeit, potentially equally frustrating. That LASIK surgery may have really changed things for him, or not. Would have been fun to find out.
  21. Perfect! Trade away our future draft capitol and be in cap hell with all the cap tied up in him so hecan take a Cam Newton-esque beating and demand a trade three years from now. Perfect idea guys!
