    Just saw this on twitter. The Panthers aren't rebuilding, we are retooling and reloading. Cutting off dead weight all together after just trimming the fat around the edges the last couple of seasons. The winds of change are blowing and in them I hear the notes of Sweet Caroline floating on the breeze.
