Honesty man, you and I aren’t too dissimilar. I used to preach all the time to not tell me how to be a fan. I can’t stand it actually. Be how you want to be. There isn’t one way to be fan is what I used to say on the main forum and to anyone that told me what you said. As far as the positivity thing, a few years back, I was battling a pretty nasty sickness that almost got me. I won’t get into details. But, when I beat it, I was overtly positive about everything Including things that give me joy like the canes. ESP since they finally started playing well. Just to offer some perspective. Not looking for a sympathy btw, being able to be here and make Gameday threads to talk about games is good enough for me and a privilege. And if that brings us canes fans together, I’m all for it. I would also say, don’t write people off because you don’t know what they are going though. But I can certainly see your point of view and your why. If you are willing to have a fun canes or god forbid panthers dialog I’m always open to it. My Intention isn’t run anyone off, so if I did, it’s on me. Anyways, hope this clears up some stuff. Go canes, going to be an interesting week!

I agree on Jarvy but not on KK. I don’t believe this team views him as staals replacement anymore. They used to buy the fact that he has been getting 5 minutes of ice time lately, and his poor play, I bet he is trade bait, sent to the AHL, or most likely a healthy scratch for game. All assuming we make a trade this week. With KK, defense is fine but you MUST have offense from your 2nd line center.

I believe they know it. They have to. KK is a major reason we can’t score when they need it.

Yeah 10-18 was some bad bad times. We wondered if the canes would end up getting sold again. I remember games with 1500 people in the stands. I think those years made us appreciate what we have now. Unfortunately, now it’s time to take the next step of cup winner before it’s too late. Those lean years could come back anytime and we wasted our big guns windows.

Like the Braves, Blackhawks, Seminoles, or Indians, Redskins was a culture and vibe. I miss that team. I have Cherokee Indian in my family and pretty strong Native American roots. Brosef. I’ve been the poster child of positivity for years around here. I’m allowed to be angry for once. Im pissed because how much potential and talent this team has had over the last 5 years and have zero cups to show. I know very well it could be worse. It was for 9 years between 10-18. I was at 20 games each year living though it. I never stopped with my tickets. Buts it’s time to change a few things becasue what we are doing just doest win cups. I hope I’m wrong. I pray I’m wrong. But I don’t believe this team with KK at 2nd center who isn’t even playing full minutes, pecse and Koochie having horrendous mental lapses…. I just don’t believe. I won’t stop cheering. If we stand Pat unfortunately it’s going to be another playoff bust. We have quickly become the American version of the leafs.

That’s the problem. We fizzle our in glorious fashion ever year in the playoffs. Florida last year. Rangers the previous and Tampa the other. Boston the 19 year. This team can’t get hot or stay hot with its current structure. They needs moves. They need scoring. They need just average goalie play.

Woke up today and I feel even worse about this team. We aren’t a cup team. Regular season warriors, mental bitches in the playoffs. We ain’t winning anything with these guys. Leadership is balls. Goalie situation is still bad. We could easily have had our C and A step up. Nope. Nothing. Koochie let in the Petr Marazik level bad goal from the blue. That’s three unbelievably horrible goal from the kid in the last 8 games. KK sucks y’all. It’s time to move on or send him down. He is on the 4th line with good players and doesn’t even play. I would love to see this team look significantly different in 2 weeks. We have first round exit all over us. fug I’m done. For now at least.
