As someone that runs a business, I’ve seen plenty of people that didn’t interview well but were absolutely monsters in the field. Interviewing to me is good for 3 things and 3 things only. 1. Did they show up early/on time. 2. Do they have character/integrity. 3. Appearance. You will know in your gut if they can do the job Based on their resume. Did they have multiple jobs with different companies in the same capacity or did they work their way up with the same company, multiple companies, or show tenure. Interviewing is one of these most overrated or analyzed tools to finding what you need.

I think our goalie issue is solved with Koochie. He has it stabilized. Now just need raanta to play about 3-4 more times until Freddie comes back. Freddie will slide in a at 2 and raanta will be the heathy scratch.

Fitterer and Tepper have done more for the 49ers and bears than for the Panthers Gave the 49ers CMC who is playing all world. Gave the Bears our first…which ended up being the 1 overall pick this coming draft. A stud WR. Let Foreman go who signed with the Bears and played well. Also, drafted Darnell Wright with that traded pick last year who has huge upside as an Olineman. One could argue Fitt was a better GM for those other team than was for us.

I’ve been saying it….it just needed more movement. The PP gets stale when they just move the puck but all the best ones rotate the bodies around. It’s why Tony D was so good at it. We are doing that while having guys net front. Boom magic!
