Buddy…Matt. I’m going to level with you for a minute. I’m going to be real. When you have a wife leave you because of health reasons, when you lost friends and family to Covid, when you continue to battle health issues, when all sports…my largest escape paused for Covid…by you I mean me..I’m not looking for sympathy btw.. hell yeah I’m positive about life. I choose to live my life glass half full because when you lose it all, you will never take advantage of what you had ever again. Guess what bud..life ain’t fair it knocks you down and you lose more than you win. However I choose to look at the world half full because that’s what gets me through each day. Hell yeah I’m positive…sure I get pissed off during games but that’s what sports does. If you have an issue with me being happy all the time because I choose to, because my life has been a rough son of a bitch and I won’t let it beat me down ….that’s on you my man. Yes there’s turds around here there’s turds everywhere but I find those people would be miserable assholes which I refuse to be. Happy to have our canes. Happy to have the Panthers even though they suck. You don’t like it. Fine. But if you sit around and be miserable all the time all it’s gonna do is eat you alive and you’re going to end up hating everyone and everyone’s going to end up hating you. And that’s no way to live. I know I’m new here but posters like @TrevorLaurenceTime22 @Stumpy @Harbingers @Anybodyhome @MillionDollarCamand others..sorry if I missed you… have made that canes run fun. Welcome by the way. See you just join like an hour ago ha! This is A very good group of dedicated hockey fans on this message board. Lots of good knowledge about the game Minus a couple turds here and there I really like these folks.

I love hockey but honestly I invested a ton of energy and money into the team going to all home games and playoffs minus a couple games. I prob won’t watch too much more playoff hockey because I just need an emotional break before I start the season ticket journey up again in the fall.

I’m not sure about that. Before the All-Star break we were scoring 456+ goals every other night while having stellar goaltending. It wasn’t till after the All-Star break when we fell off a cliff. This team legit looked like a worldbeater before that for the All-Star break. Our power play was cooking and our penalty kill was great as well. After the All-Star break or power-play got worse but P kill got better which is honestly what saved us in most games.

How and where do I watch Koochie and Drury and wolves?

Listening to our local sports talk in Raleigh today they’re talking about guys like necas Domi KK and a few others that simply should’ve been benched in the playoffs. It’s not the worst idea either.

This is it right here. Hopefully Koochie is the future. But they need a goal score that’s going to come in and push Aho and 37. You can never have too many great goal scorers. Is that Jarvis is that Drury? I feel like the answer is a high-end free agent we could get with a trade package

Very interesting the canes didn’t stay on the ice to salute the crowd. They just went in the locker room. Players are very angry slamming their sticks walking out to the tunnel. Haven’t seen them this angry ever.
