  1. Definitely something to keep an eye on. I'm not the biggest Dorsey fan out of the selections but don't hate him.
  2. The more I think about it, the more it is definitely pointing away from Wilks. I'd assume Wilks would want to keep Holcomb as DC, so you are on to something. We just interviewed Shane yesterday virtually but it seems steam is picking up between him and Ben Johnson.
  3. This says for a Coordinator position. Therfore it doesn't qualify for the Rooney Rule. This is pointing towards a staff that someone wants assembled.
  4. Looking at this, it seems that we may have narrowed it down and looking at whoever wanted this guy as a DC. They seem to be vetting it out, to get a good feel on if it(staff the coach likes) makes sense.
  5. Looks like Trey Lance has lost the job and name can be added to the Qb carousel. Purdy is not messing around.
  6. I just read where he interviewed for Clevelands Defensive Coordinator job, so I'm guessing that's why New England gave more money. Beli definitely runs things away from the norm.
  7. Cool!! He definitely is egotistical and uncanny in his ways!!
  8. I definitely see your logic and feel the same!! I don't know if there are any ties that Wilks has with the said candidates but it does all really depend on the moving parts in the other coaching vacancies.
  9. Trust me I understand!! I definitely would stay with my guy but then again, it could be looking at potential of the team. If Steichen goes to the Broncos(just an example) and it flames out vs having to play Mahomes n Herbert etc. This head coaching opportunity is honestly a gem when you look at the division. No bias at all... just looking at which opportunity could boost ya resume faster and looking at a possible Brady departure, Dalton and Ridder, has to be paramount to a guys outlook.
  10. It's been mentioned that both names have been linked to the possible interview that Wilks had. I'm not just throwing names out there. I had to research them after reading articles about them possibly being part of his pitch to Tepper.
  11. Brian Johnson is a Qb coach(Eagles)... so offensive coordinator is not a lateral move and Mayo is the linebackers coach for the Patriots. Moving up to Coordinator would be an upgrade to both.
  12. To me... I see Mayo and Brian Johnson as being interviewed to be on Wilks staff. Seems they are vetting out not just Head coach candidates but people that Wilks mentioned in his interview for his staff.
  13. Man the Saints trying to screw us in draft positioning... nothing more or less
  14. Matt Ionaddis and Henry Anderson were out too. Going to be a fight but I think the coach has them dialed in and adding Norman for the locker room is vital.
  15. The best thing we can do is generate pressure up the middle because he no longer has the ability to move sideways, reset and deliver a bomb downfield. The cardinals started playing no further than 10 yards off the line of scrimmage and it worked. All in all... need to see the crew calling our game and their history with Tom.
  16. I had enough of watching King in Green Bay get toasted but Hargraves n Rhodes I had no clue were available. Definitely 2 more names I'd look at.
  17. Definitely not who he was but I think we need another vet to finish out. My 1st option would be Bouye. As Cp stated, Melvin is available too.
  18. Norman would help too. Especially since Wilks knows him well!! I forgot about Melvin too.
  19. Regardless of what transpires with Horn, the Panthers need to sign A.J. Bouye for the remaining games! He played admirably well for us and is a free agent. If we do make it into the playoffs, a vet like him is always a bonus!!
  20. This drive may help open the run game because they can't stack it as much. Sam with some clutch throws!
  21. I love dude and kind of wondering why Higgins doesn't dress. I still think Higgins is the best pure wr on the roster but we have talent in Shenault, Dj and Shi.
  22. Definitely not going to jump the gun but none of those running backs were high draft picks and established that identity out if nowhere. Each running back had a similar traits to each one. The okine is balling but the running backs are making decisive cuts too!!
  23. I know its early but I see some very similar traits with the Giants run game that featured Brandon Jacob's and Committee. Liking this mix of Foreman, Hubbard and Blackshear!!
  24. I think a huge wildcard not being talked about is the possible addition if Ionaddis/Anderson on the dline. If we get them 2 back and add Littleton, I think the defense becomes stronger. The Seahawks defense will allow teams to move the ball. Interesting battles going on.
