I think out of all of those Chinn is the one that makes me unhappy to part with. Other than that?

Rebuild the line? I think we need to retool it now that we have the right side fixed.

The main thing Fitts needs to do is hit in the Draft. We won't have first rounders for a while. So be it. But Fitts needs to at least get average-solid players in rounds 3-5. That's where we struggled under Hurney. IF we can do that. Easier said than done. CLEARLY. But if we can do that, we'll be golden like a shower.

Well, they've started on that with the move for that Guard yesterday. One step in the right direction.

Yeah well. Dave Gettlemen thought Joe Thomas wasn't worth trading our first round pick for. And that got Cam mutilated in the Super Bowl. I'm exhausted of thinking first rounders are some GOAT level player we pick every year, and can't be touched.

I'm a big Oklahoma fan. I hated Watson for how dirty he did OU while in College. Hell, thought the same thing some of these guys said. He can't pass the ball well, he's too injury prone. But looking at facts. The man hasn't had a severe injury now in 5 years, and he threw for over 4,000 yards in his most recent season and 33 TD's. I was wrong, and so are all these guys in here. LOL.

And this is not including his rushing stats.

Troy Aikman has 4 rings and his ass was a game manager at best. I've never been a huge fan of the ring argument in regards to QB's.
-
How? His stats would say otherwise. Lets say for the next 5 years. Are you taking Watson or Wilson and Stafford?
-
I agree. It's easy to win SB's when you're surrounded by complete studs. Watson is a piece, albeit a huge fugingg piece. However, like Seattle when they won a SB, and like the Rams last year. You have to be able to make timely trades, and draft superb (Cooper Kupp was a 3rd round pick).
-
He's better than Wilson and Stafford I believe. When Wilson won a SB he was on his Rookie contract. He's been off of that Rookie contract for a hot minute.

The Panthers backed themselves into this corner, sadly. Even if Herbert wasn't drafted. They could've tanked the year without Bridgewater. Started awful ass Will Grier and ended up with 1 win at best. Maybe even zero wins. Then you get Lawrence, then you sign a vet to mentor him/start over him. But nope. They went for the easy fix. Me personally? It's a lot to give up for a QB. But as the past few SB's have shown us. If you can get a QB, and build around that QB, or have a good-great team around that QB. You can win a SB.

Yeah. The Browns thing feels like window dressing.

I don't want Willis, because we'll have to start him this year and he needs a ton of seasoning. AKA being benched for at least a season.

That Natalie Miller person on Twitter called Mitch last week to the Steelers. Props to her. On the money.
