  1. Penny has 28 career receptions. Sanders averages 30 per season. So no, Penny is far less of a receiver than even Sanders.
  2. Yeah, I haven't seen anyone suggest he would be playing early. Most are saying if he contributed anything late this season it would be a win
  3. Neither of which isn't likely to start this year so not huge difference in that respect
  4. Yeah we aren't carrying 5. If we carry 4 on the active roster it probably doesn't last the entire season.
  5. That doesn't mean he will play. That's when he can first start doing any sort of training. That's an aggressive timeline just for that given he tore his just 5 months ago. There's zero point in rushing him in to games.
  6. He was never expected to be ready for the start of the season.
  7. I wonder if you can trade a player for nothing. Like we "will give you Sanders".
  8. Odd signing. Good chance he doesn't make the team but they are being really careful about the position
  9. They split qb snaps and he's the #2 qb on his team production wise. https://pfnewsroom.com/column/how-the-birmingham-stallions-2-qb-ufl-system-is-working/
  10. There are 8 teams. Corall is : 9th in yds 9th in TDs 11th in attempts They are limiting him as much as possible and relying on their 3 top runners
  11. I think the meddling thing is overblown and copium. Folks need a boogie man to throw all blame on. Owners are going to be prominent in draft rooms. Clark Hunt
  12. Kind of odd. He was already GM of the 49ers and just going in to his second season when the sale was unfolding.
  13. Neither have won anything
  14. Like every other rookie. Do you have a point other than grasping for negatives?
  15. That term doesn't mean what you think it does apparently.
  16. In 1980 the linebackers were 220lbs - 230lbs and the defensive tackles were 260-270. Riggins would get dropped quickly
  17. Given how many a proponents of tanking we have I would assume the same would be in favor of riding Young the whole way. He's either playing well or bad enough to get a high pick. No?
  18. I'm always for drafting offensive lineman so yes a little disappointed here.
  19. The Huddle is back! give it enough time and itd always the same handful moaning all day everyday like they are getting paid for it
  20. Non of that is relevant to my point though. I'm not saying he's worth being traded for based on his year on the Panthers. I'm suggesting that he may be more like his career average and a contender might need vet rotational piece and some deal could be made that's any tiny bit better than just dumping him.
