    Our stadium isn't publically owned. Theirs is. So a bit more fair for them to invest in a revenue stream. We definitely shouldn't because Tepper owns the stadium and gets all the revenues

    A key point here is that the sports complex is publically owned . So they would not so clearly be giving a handout to billionaires but improving publicly owned venues.

    Well yes we are trying to strike gold in the second round. That's the only way to build a roster. You have to draft well. There is no way around it Diggs was a 5th rounder by the way.
