Panthers Wide Receiver Depth Chart - OTA Week 2
csx replied to Jeremy Igo's topic in Carolina Panthers
The issue is that from college up until yesterday he has had consistant problems catching. Where did you get the narrative that keeping him on the PS was the plan all alon? I don't doubt its possible but where did someone state it?- 107 replies

I can't believe you all are arguing about the 5th receiver.....and between Bersin and Hill. The offseason is brutal.- 107 replies

Fast and no hands is useless. See Hill. Every receiver needs to be able to catch first and foremost.- 107 replies

"NFL will eventually take kicking out of the game" -Matt Prater
csx replied to JawnyBlaze's topic in Carolina Panthers
I see no reason to change anything. However, eliminating kickoff wouldn't change too much but eliminating punts would completely alter the game. That's a horrible idea. If you want to destroy the sport that might be the best way. -
He played in the last 5 regular season games. 4 of those were wins.

Tolbert is a nice option but he's certainly not essential. I like him but this could be his last season here. Anyways, Ward is likely competing with Brockel.

I am an NC State fan who loved him, I blamed the coach for letting him go, I pulled for him at Wisconsin, I pulled for him to win the job in Seattle. I do not simply dislike him because he plays for you. I just think he's a fake. He has lied through his teeth repeatedly about whether his heart is with baseball or football depending on how it serves him. When he got to Seattle he made a speach about how football had always been his number one passion.....which is pure BS. It was his second sport untill he didn't succeed. There's no reason to lie.

I like Wilson as a player 5x more than I do as a disingenuous faker of a person he comes off as.

Top inside linebackers make about half or less of top QBs

He will make 31 million this season. -

That's not how extensions work. -

csx replied to hepcat's topic in Carolina Panthers
I'm not really complaining about it but it's the most guanteed money per year in the league. Did you expect more? -
Cam Newton Agrees to 5 year contract extension worth 103 million.
csx replied to nctarheel0619's topic in Carolina Panthers
That's because he's a troll. -
I'd rather wait until the end of preseason to formulate an opinion. Right now I just want who is the best come regular season.

Hopefully Hill looked better than that photo portrays

2011 NFL draft revisited, would you take JJ Watt over Cam?
csx replied to Sean Payton's Vicodin's topic in Carolina Panthers
I can't say I follow this. Watt has 1 career interception and it was against the Bills. What did you mean by that? -
Will it remedy the problems with ads that have been an issue?

In twenty years, what's your favorite win to date?
csx replied to bigskypanthersguy's topic in Carolina Panthers
my first game. 1996 win over San Fran at home. Beating the Eagles to reach the SB. -
That's the issue. Football is mostly grown man getting bent out of shape about media driven drama surrounding the sport.
-
If anything bothers me it's that people are more interested in this circus than in out own draft picks. Just look at the number of responses. Everything in the NFL has become to be about the drama snd nit the sport.

A little trouble in paradise (Seattle)? RW contract talks
csx replied to nctarheel0619's topic in Carolina Panthers
And a top defense as well. There is selective attention here. -
My point is fairly simple. People rejoiced he wasn't the father. But that's nOT the only aspect to question.
