    I say pile his plate high. That's his strength. He's not the athletic physical specimen who got where he is by being the best athlete on the field and needs to be brought up to speed on the mental aspects

Mingo....and stated it was for Bryce to have a WR to grow with. He's surrounded by veteren talent and quality coaches. He will be here a long time.
