But two games wasn't the rule or the general outcome as it was handled on a case by case basis. PED and Drug offenses were handled by the CBA while personal conduct issues where not. That lead to each one being handled on a case per case basis. There was no prior rule so to me any new rule can applied IMO. I mean in terms of it's affect on league image. I don't think it's that big if it was an unknown incident from before the NFL. It would be worse if it came after he started to have incidents that should have caused them to look into his scenario.
