Yeah its Frank's shtick. He rips on our players and personelle constantly and then turns around and fluffs every other team and player in the league, including the Brissett.

Pic tells it all. Better fix that o line issue
poundaway replied to raleigh-panther's topic in Carolina Panthers
Atlanta and the Bears has the best performing OL's? Tampa, and the Lions nearly the worst? Meh, I put as much stock in "win rate" as pff. That said, we're probably in the right spot. -

and looking at it, it was BS. It was nothing egregious and something that happens on every play in the NFL. -
Your top two HC hires after they flip Rhule..
poundaway replied to Jmac's topic in Carolina Panthers
This is place is absolutely going to melt down when either Rhule is extended again OR Tepper actually makes his pick. -
Players get in trouble complaining about the refs but, CMC who never complains about ref-ing, called it a "horrid call", Burns, pretty much the same thing. Tell me you don't know anything about football without saying you don't know anything about football.

Sean Payton preaching balance and not putting everything on the QB. You know, the exact opposite of what he essentially did with Brees for years. It's just amazing to watch Panthers fans drooling over an a-hole coach of a rival who could only win a SB by literally cheating to hurt other players, getting caught and receiving the biggest penalty in the history of professional sports. And yes Rhule beat Payton last year. @Ricky Spanish Here's Peyton immediately after the game. They they played better than us today and deserve to win the football game.

Wait till you see CRA's new avatar.

And they are known for a weaker interior. Problem is, up the gut running with CMC is not our strength.

I'm arguing our team got screwed by the refs and I'm rooting for us to win. You're giddy we lost and you're mocking me because I'm rooting for us to win. And you think I'm the troll? You just keep getting funnier and funnier.

I have to say @mrcompletely11, you made my day.

None of that is a shred of evidence that our O was predictable on Sunday. It's just the same ol' rehash of huddle bitching, which is most of your posts. And I'm not arguing against any of it. In fact pointing out the other reasons the O sucks only supports the supposition that our problems weren't because Browns could predict what our O was going to do.

That's it scramble to edit it.
-
At least you finally admit it. It took a while.
-
You should be loving this...and you clearly are, just as I predicted. Losses=End of Rhule I'm still going to root for us to win.
-
I agree with most of that. But it still doesn't support your prediction of a predictable O scheme hampering our offense. Many of the issues were preparedness. The same thing is being said of Rodgers and Burrow right now. Rodgers because he doesn't play preseason, and Burrow because of his surgery. Rhule's excuse is we didn't get Baker until July.
-
I'm not claiming there was a huge adjustment. I'm claiming that our issues on O had nothing to do with "predictable" O. If the problem with an O is predictably, that doesn't improve as the game wears on.
-
So you're saying they could predict the play, knew where we were going, but didn't put coverage there in the 4th? You can't "blow" coverage if you can predict where the play is going. I didn't say he was a wizard, NY did when they made him head coach after his OC performance. McAdoo's "predictable" offense, didn't cause Thomas's hold, Elflien's performance, Baker's bad throw for an int, Baker's dropped snaps or Icky getting blown up. I don't even think you could put the tipped passes on that, Baker just has had a problem with that because of his height.
-
I'll give you the pass heavy O and the D stuff. Many people here predicted that. I was hoping we'd go pass heavy to preserve CMC and leverage DJ, Robbie and Baker... and that is exactly what they did. Our early game struggles came from O showing early season jitters and gelling issues. As for McAdoo's O being "predictable", if that was the reason for our early game struggles, how did it become less predictable as the game wore on?
-
...and you predicted we would win.

Except who started at QB.
