LOL It did feel like that.

He is. But Sunday he was cold garbage or smouldering garbage, whatever is worse. It takes work to make a bad player look his absolute worst. 60 yards is less than half of PJ's worst start.
-
There are 4 teams that have scored less than us? Seriously? Wilks says we're close, and this is only his second week, with a division home game. Maybe we'll try throwing the ball past the LOS this week.
-
The fire sale was never going to happen with an interim HC who says "we're close" and is suing the NFL for being set up to fail. The only way assets get traded away is if Wilks signs off on it, the player requests it, or the offer is above market. Any other trade would just help the lawsuit.

Rhule's contract stated that he had final say in player and personnel decisions. Rhule forced Hurney out because Hurney wouldn't do everything Rhule wanted. Rhule and Tepper then chose Fit. Fit has happily done everything Rhule wanted. There has never been a report saying that Fit was disagreeing or fighting with Rhule. In fact statements by Fit, and the Panthers Confidentials point to the exact opposite. Many on the Huddle insisted that Fit took control of things this year, despite statements by him, Tepper and Rhule, and there being no changes to Rhule's contract. In the post draft presser, Fit answered the majority of the questions because the press directed them at Fit. Go watch it. Fit answered his questions, Rhule answers his. Now many on the huddle insists it was all Rhule. If Fit does in fact remain, for good or for bad, he's Rhule's fingerprint on this franchise. Rhule and Tepper chose him and it was Rhule who fought to push Hurney out. I would rather we get a fresh start. The GM is going to play a major role in choosing the next coach.

PJ Walker on Robbie leaving or live ping pong coverage?
poundaway replied to CRA's topic in Carolina Panthers
If it was between ping pong and McAdoo, I'd keep the ping pong. -
-
Its not that PJ can't because he has. Wilks said that was the gameplan that he wanted. The positive yardage throws will come later.
-
Well he did say we began to establish our offensive identity in the Rams game sooo...
-
Our effort is phenomenal. We gotta continue to press. I feel like we're real close. And we're trying to get the first win and turn this thing around.
-
Cool. Another QB competition.
-
It certainly looked like were trying to lose.
-
He could fire McAdoo any time he wants. Ryan, Campen, Nixon, are all still there.
-
From Wilks' presser after the game. What can you build on? A: Number one our identity which we somewhat established a little bit today on the offensive side.
-
I'm not sure we were.
-
At first, for sure. But coaches won't tolerate the flags forever, players would learn that they couldn't play that way.
-
Nice non-denial.
-
Or we could discuss how you said Tepper and Rhule nailed the GM hire with Fit. I'm pretty sure you also said McAdoo was the best hire he could have made. Shouldn't you be posting some tweets?
-
You'll be lost when we agree. What will you do?
-
Actually, no. I'm saying yesterdays game plan to throw to the sidelines and run on 3rd and long, is even more stupid. But I don't expect you to ever see that.
